We rent holiday apartments in villa with all the comfort in Balestrate - Palermo - SICILY - it is situated at the Ground floor of a building in a sunny and quiet Villa close the Beach, in locality Balestrate village on a distance of 40 Km from Palermo and Trapani city, 20 minutes from the airports, All House gives hospitality to 11 people. It is very luminous and airy. The structure provides with Air conditioning (warm and cold), Internet on request extra charges, TV, Iron, Ironing board, Washing machines at the disposal of all tenants, Protection for mosquitos on the windows, Fan, etc. The villa is surrounded by a garden with Shared Pool, ornamental plants and Private parking lot. Terraces with Outdoor furniture, Parasol and external Showers. This is a very nice flat, quiet, ideal to visit the island. Our flat is situated in the Gulf of Castellammare, one of the most beautiful places in Sicily. We are happy to lend assistance at any time

The bathroom with a shower, bidet and hairdryer. Confortable Villa Self catering 2/12 people situated in a sunny and quiet area close the Beach with Pool, in locality Balestrate village on a distance of 40.00 Km from Palermo or Trapani city. It is the last town on Palermo’s west coast near Trapani area. It has an extremely long beach (public beach/facilities available). The old town has a typical grid plan, with a lovely central square where you can enjoy a drink in one of the several cafés. Balestrate is a former fishing village with approximately 7.000 inhabitants and is situated only 35km west of Palermo in the Gulf of Castellammare. Magnificent, kilometre-long beaches stretch west and east along the coast from the village. Balestrate offers everything you might need. Restaurants, bars, pubs, discotheque, supermarkets, bank machine, internet cafe. Near the places that are goal of international tourism: Agrigento, Selinunte, Segesta, Erice, Trapani, Monreale, Solunto, Piazze Ermerina, Etna Montain, Taormina, etc. etc.

  • Booking down payment 30 %, the rest of payment when you arrive in Sicily.
    Guarantee deposits requested € 100: Used by the landlord as a guarantee against any damage caused by the tenant. The deposit is returned at the end of the rental period
  • We organize upon demand PICK UP from Palermo and Trapani Airports to my flat in Balestrate.
    Attention; in the airports there are always taxi local available - but it is prudent as they can try to make the tourists to pay too much.
