Beautiful 3-bed luxurious contemporary villa with swimming pool and 6-seater hot tub. Walking distance to beach. Open-plan ground floor incorporating lounge with 2 + 3-seater leather sofas/sofa bed, dining room with modern oak and leather suite, contemporary kitchen, separate WC and shower. Satellite TV, DVD, CD player, PS2 + games, i-Pod dock & speakers. 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 with twin beds, 1 with double bed. TV/DVD in one bedroom. Two bedrooms open onto the upstairs veranda, a nice spot to sip a drink whilst overlooking the pool. The third bedroom has an en-suite shower and a sea view. The bathroom is spacious and is equipped with bath and shower. The south-facing 8 x 4m pool has Roman steps, surrounded by 6 sunbeds, umbrellas, an 8-seater table with umbrella, gas BBQ, 9' table tennis table. Pool inflatables provided. The hot tub is nestled amongst the landscaped gardens. All towels, including beach towels, are provided. Linen and towels changed weekly. Welcome pack included

Villa Charalambos is ideally located with short drives to Pernera, Protaras and Kapparis, all of which have excellent beaches and a vast array of excellent restaurants, bars and shops. The resort of Ayia Napa is a 10-minute drive away for those preferring a livelier night life. Within walking distance of the villa, the sandy bay of Ayia Triada has a picturesque little chapel next to it. The beach by the Golden Coast hotel is adjacent to a new marina and it is from here you can depart on one of the excellent daily boat trips along the coast. For the more energetic, try the steep climb up to the beautiful Profitis Elias Church located in Protaras. This offers panoramic views along the bay and looks spectacular at night. Paralimni, the main town of the area, is a traditional busy Cypriot town offering wonderful churches, shops, and cafes. A trip to the Troodos with it's quaint villages and wineries is not to be missed. 2 water parks nearby - one in Pernera and one in Ayia Napa.

F i had the most relaxing holiday thanks to your lovely house. everything was in great condition the house and the pool was great. The position of your house, it is very quiet only one house was occupied and we had peace and quiet. you have thought of everything to put in the house, the games for the children, the cds even some of the cutlery i never thought i would find in a holiday house. i am going to tell to my friends about your house and am having you in mind for next summer. We had a great time at the villa this summer. It was all we had hoped for and then some.
The poolarea was superb and our 5 year old daughter leaned to swim during the 2 weeks we were there.
The beach is in walkingdistance and the nearest large supermarket is only e few minutes a way by car.
It was the first time we tried to hire a private villa for our vacation, but it´s not going to be the last. And maybe we´ll be back in a couple of years.

We visited Villa Charalambos at the end of March, when the weather was mixed.Sadly, it wasn't warm enough to use the pool, but we enjoyed the whirlpool! The description of the villa was accurate and the facilities excellent: it was spotlessly clean. It got quite cool in the evenings; we did experience problems in getting the heating to work initially, but my brother, who lives in Cyprus, was able to sort it out by the second evening. The location is perfect...just a couple of minutes walk to the coast, with lovely walks in both directions.We hired a car for the duration of our stay - useful for getting to the supermarket and general sightseeing.We would recommend this property for a holiday.

we have stopped in a few villas in cyprus but this was the best by far.very well equiped with everything you need for your stay .nice quiet and relaxing location and you are not overlooked . the pool and the hot tub were great.we hired a car but it is not necessary as there is a regular bus service. that runs to both protaras and ayia napa.i would reccomend this villa to family and friends and will be booking again for sure.
