Our place is a private villa with 2 acres of beautiful garden including a private swimming pool, tennis-court and riding ring. The house is a private villa on two floors. The upstairs section contains 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) 1 large lounge with dining area plus separate kitchen, large patio and open dining area. Downstairs there is a very large tavern with kitchen and 1and 1/2 1bedroom and 1 bathroom large patio and open dining area with barbeque. The Neighbourhood: Campagnano is a quiet residential suburb situated on a hill about 29km (18 miles) from the centre of Rome; 5 minutes drive from lake Martignano; 15 minutes drive from lake Bracciano and surrounding medieval villages; 15 minute from lake Bracciano and surrounding medieval villages; 15 minutes from 2 of the best golf courses in Rome.
