The deer and buffalo roam right across the street at the Moonridge Zoo, but watch out for that bear looking in the upstairs window! Don’t be alarmed, it’s just a carving after all! But you will really feel like you are in the Wild West when you hear the wolves howl, the grizzlies roar, and the owls hoot and it’s yes – it’s all in your front yard!!
Treat yourselves to the perfect blend of elegance, luxury, and warmth in this beautiful, professionally decorated two story home in the Moonridge area. The lavish interior will soon have you wondering if you have checked into a 5 star resort hotel instead of a private mountain retreat!
Spacious and uniquely furnished professionally decorated home. Located across from the Moonridge zoo and within walking distance to Bear Mountain. Fully equipped gourmet Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and a great counter seating. The dining room has seating for 12 at the table that converts to a full size pool table/poker table. Great large living room with a Grand piano, TV/DVD/CD, surround sound, wireless internet, phone plus 1 queen sleeper sofa. There is a 1/2 bath and laundry room available downstairs.
The three large bedrooms plus a private sleeping loft are upstairs with three and one half bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king and twin sleeper sofa, private full bath with a soaking tub plus a TV/DVD. The 2nd bedroom has 1 queen and twin sleeper sofa plus a TV/DVD. The 3rd bedroom has a queen with a TV/DVD/VCR. There is a queen sleeper sofa with a TV/DVD/VCR in the private upstairs loft. Large enough for a family reunion, this home is an easy 5 minute walk from the front door to the ski lift ticket office at Bear Mountain Resort, or if golf is your game, you can walk to the Moonridge Golf Course.

There is a fantastic outdoor Jacuzzi in an open air glass conservatory, patio furnishings and a charcoal BBQ are available to you on the expansive back decking of this beautiful retreat. The 2 car attached garage is included. Good pets are welcome. 3000 sq ft Turnday: Any.
