Our apartment enjoys a prime position in the centre of the Algarve coast just 400 metres from 2 pretty Blue Flag beaches of Nossa Senhora da Rocha & Covo Nuova which is reached through a tunnel in the cliffside. Within 4 mins there are extensive but easy cliff walks through beautiful countryside yet we are well served by local supermarket, beach bar & a dozen excellent restaurants within a 10 min stroll. A short drive will bring you to more beaches than you can visit in one holiday! The famous pottery town of Porches with a choice of traditional restaurants is just 3kms away, the bustling municipality of Lagoa is 7 kms and the Moorish town of Silves with its 12th century castle & cathedral is just 18 kms drive. Three luxury 5 star hotels are just a 10 min stroll. A 30% discount has been negotiated for our guests at the challenging Gramacho, Pinta & Silves Pestano golf courses which are a 10 minute drive away. 2 water parks are a short taxi drive as is the lively Carvoeiro.

Golfers: Our apartment is perfect for golfers with 17 golf courses within a 30 minute drive! 5 are within a 12 minute drive. We have negotiated a 30% discount for our guests on 3 of the best - Gramacho, Silves Pestana and Vale da Pinta. Although our apartment accommodates 4 guests in 2 bedrooms we can arrange for additional guests to stay at neighbouring apartments to a maximum party of 30 guests.

We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday whilst staying in your apartment. Your apartment is really lovely and we felt very much at home there. You must have the best property for situation and view.

Our two teenage daughters enjoyed the pool area but most of all we loved relaxing at the beach - like yourselves we liked the beach to the right, through the tunnel, a lovely cove and not too busy.

We were very grateful for your restaurant suggestions and visited the majority of them, all of them we found very good. Eating out is a big part of our holidays and we know we wouldn't have found many of them without your advice.

We would certainly recommend your apartment to others.

Thank you again for your help and advice.
