Situado en pleno centro de la ciudad y a muy poca distancia de todos los puntos de interés. El apartamento muy limpio y muy completo, tiene todo lo necesario. Paolo nos dio un trato muy bueno, se encargó de ir a buscarnos, llevarnos hasta el apartamento y de darnos todas las indicaciones que necesitamos, además ante cualquier problema está disponible y es facil localizarle. Beautifully presented apartment in a fabulous location close to all we wanted to see. Very quiet apartment. Comfortably furnished and very spacious, our family of 2 adults and 4 children were very comfortable. Paolo was delightful to deal with and very prompt with correspondence and he met us at the Rialto Bridge and walked us to our apartment. A wonderful place to stay in Venice! (L. C.)
The apartment was very spacious. Even the sofa bed was extremely comfortable. Being on the canal was beautiful.
HOW TO REACH US - By car or by train:
Our apartment is situated in the very hearth of the old town city, only 200 metres from the famous Rialto Bridge.
How to arrive: usually we meet our guests at the Rialto Bridge (if You prefer we can also have a meeting at St. Mark Square) and we bring them to the apartment (just two minutes walking).
BY CAR: How to get to the Rialto Bridge from Piazzale Roma: take the line 82 of the public water bus (we call it “vaporetto”) and get off at Rialto (about 12 minutes). We will be there waiting for you and in two minutes we will bring You at the apartment.
BY TRAIN: How to get to the Rialto Bridge from the railway station 'Venice Santa Lucia': take the line 82 of the public water bus (we call it “vaporetto”) and get off at Rialto (about 12 minutes). We will be there waiting for You and in two minutes we will bring you at the apartment.

Otherwise you can take the Alilaguna boat and get off at St. Mark Square where, if You want, we can have the meeting.
