San Martino Buon Albergo holiday apartment

My wife and I with our three young children (5,3,1) had a fabulous time staying just outside the city of Verona. We cannot say enough good things about the family that owns the house and farm (apartment is the upstairs of the house). They made us feel at right at home and we were bowled us over how much they loved our children. Definitely recommended if you have children.
The apartment was extremely clean and well maintained. The layout is two large rooms connected by a large hallway (with storage) each with beds one of which also serves as a dining room. There is a large Bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and bidet. The kitchen was a bit on the small side but they were nice enough to include some local food including some homemade tomato sauce!
We arrived during harvesting of apples (they also raise grapes and kiwis) which the kids loved seeing. the farm house is about a 1km outside of a village were we can recommend the restaurant, based on suggestion by one of the family daughters who owns the B&B across the street from the apartment. Nearby is a large shopping mall and Verona itself about a 20min drive away.
We have stayed in 10-15 apartments across Europe and I think this was the best experience for our family based on how much the owners made us feel at home. Hopefully we can come back perhaps during Kiwi harvesting!

Very quiet place. Not far from Verona (about 10 km from city center).
