This property is in a fantastic location within walking distance to the local bars & restaurants of Penera and only a 5min walk to great sandy beaches. The larger town of Paralimni is a ten minute drive and offers a varied combination of local tavernas The villa has 3 bedrooms - 2 double and 1 twin room and a fold down bed if required. The bedrooms have private access to a balcony which overlooks the patio and private pool. On the ground floor there is a toilet and the family bathroom is located on the 1st floor. This property also has Air con and heating for the winter months, modern contemporary furniture, Plasma TV, Play Station 2, Music Centre and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Outside there’s a traditional stone built barbecue next to a private dining area shaded by pergola. Good quality garden furniture and night time lighting has also been provided.

Villa is in a central location, minutes away from the local bars & restaurants of Penera and the clear blue sandy beaches of the golden coast. The main street of Penera sweeps right down to the sea front where there are several sandy bays protected by stone outcrops. These are perfect for bathing and snorkelling in the warm crystal clear waters. These bays are great for families with small children and there is plenty of shallow water for the little ones to paddle in. Also 5 mins. From Villa is a charming harbour were you can arrange boat trips. Eating out in Pernera: There's everything from Chinese to Mexican and traditional Cypriot meze houses. The larger town of Paralimni is a ten minute drive and offers a varied combination of local taverns and shops. Ayia Napa is also only ten minutes drive form Pernera and this is a busy resort known for its lively night entertainment. Nearer to home is Protaras a busy family resort which boasts the best beach on the island, (Fig Tree Bay).

We could not fault the owners, property managers or the villa in any way. We as a family of eight have booked this villa in October 2008 and again in April 2009, we were hoping to book again in October of 2009 unfortunately we had been beaten this time.

The villa is in a excellent location no need for a car, it is in a five minute walk to all of the bars, restaurants and beaches in Penera. We would recommend Knights bar for good food and the prices and are very reasonable (good if you are in a large party of friends and family) and we would also highly recommend Mojitos (fantastic food). If you are looking for a great night out in a friendly enviroment then plase try The lounge Bar. Also there is another bar called The Lounge Bar in Kapparris (Bar prices very, very reasonable)

The beaches and locals are very friendly indeed! There are too many beaches to recommend.

Hattie & Rob who look after the villa are lovely, very friendly people if you need to know anything at all just ask and they will be able to help. Our party went out on "The Shirley Valentine" boat trip, which was recommended by Hattie. WHAT A BRILLIANT TIME WE HAD!! Just look out for Love potion No.9. You may past Hattie when walking out on the new walk along the beach from Penera to Protaras; if you do, please do not laugh at her in her puffer jacket with her fur collar (she suffers from the cold ( well in April anyway)

We could not recommend this villa enough, you can enjoy the fantastic beaches of Penera, good food at the restaurants and a beautiful place to stay!

WE WILL BE BACK, AGAIN & AGAIN & AGAIN !

The description of this property was very accurate it is well laid out in a modern style. The property was very clean and well serviced. I have not put excellent for this property as it is such a new property it could have benefited from a few items to make it more comfortable ie more shelving space in the cupboards, dressing tables in the bouble rooms and addition towel rails in the bathroom. This is not a reason not to choose to stay here the Kitchen area, pool and the outside dining areas were fantastic.

We had a car and everywhere was very accessable. The managers of the property were great, attending to our every need and more. brilliant restaurant recomendations for authentic Cypriot food.

We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa as a clean comfortable and convenient place to stay.
