The traditional Provençal house is situated in a tiny hamlet close to all amenities in the superbly picturesque villages of Montauroux and Callian. 5 minutes away is the beautiful St Cassien Lake with excellent swimming and boats for hire. 30 min to Cannes, 45 min to Nice airport. The house itself has been completely renovated to a very high standard with quality fixtures and furnishings throughout. Accommodation is extensive, consisting of 5 double bedrooms, 3 stunning contemporary and luxury bath rooms (renovated winter 2007). Many original features including exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings. Dining room with large farmhouse dining table and chairs, living room with fireplace. UK satellite TV. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and the out door kitchen is extremely well appointed with stone pizza oven, fridge, cooker; large BBQ grill and a large teak table which comfortably sits 12. Lovely garden with huge lawn and private pool and playground. Bike hires 2 min away!
