The apartment Twin Suite – two rooms of 35 m² - one to four persons - offers : • one spacious bedroom with twin beds, large storage cupboard, desk, fireplace, and two windows looking out onto an interior courtyard transformed into a pleasant garden, • a small passage area between lounge and bedroom with chest of drawers and independent access from bedroom and lounge to a shower room with basin, towel warmer and toilet, • a lounge with window looking out onto the garden, equipped with dining table, chairs and armchairs and with a comfortable double sofa bed, • a fitted kitchen : vitro-ceramic hotplates, refrigerator, combination-oven (bake, grill, microwave), dishwasher, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, table coverings and kitchen utensils. We offer four Twin Suites, from the 1st to the 4th floor with garden view and one Twin Suite on the 6th floor which looks out over the road, all with air conditioning and accessible by lift.

Notes to the rental rates

• Deposit
  • The deposit for a reservation will be the equivalent of one night’s stay for any reservation of less than five nights.
  • The deposit for a reservation will be the equivalent of 30% of the amount of the entire stay for any stay of five nights or more (the amount to be paid will be the equivalent of 3 nights for any stay of 6 to 20 nights and 6 nights for any stay of more than 21 nights).
  • If the required deposit has not been received at least ten days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the reservation can be automatically cancelled.
  • Bookings are registered as soon as the deposit is received.
  • HotelHome Paris 16 reserves the right to request a security deposit on arrival, by credit card or cash.
  For any medium or long stay (more than five nights), we kindly ask to our guests to pay
  either a deposit each week or to settle their invoice each week.
  
• A written cancellation shall be notified to HotelHome Paris 16 by facsimile, e-mail or post mail. The effective date of written cancellation will be the date of receipt (before 2 pm, Paris time) of that cancellation at HotelHome Paris 16. HotelHome Paris 16 will box the reservation's deposit or, in absence of deposit, will be paid on the credit card of the customer or regulated by the company having carried out the reservation.
  For any stay
  • 10 % of full stay if the cancellation notified between 11 and 20 days prior arrival,
  • 30 % of full stay if the cancellation notified between 5 and 10 days prior to arrival,
  • 60 % of full stay if the cancellation notified between 1 and 4 days prior arrival,
  • 100 % of full stay if the cancellation notified less than one day prior arrival.
  • In case of no-show, the entire cost of the stay will have to be paid
  • Any apartment booked will be charged for the entire stay booked, even in case of an earlier departure.

Our apartments and suites all have at least two rooms (bedroom and lounge), and all have an equipped kitchen (or kitchenette) and a bath/shower room. Our largest apartments (Twin Suite, Suite Double and Family Suite) are all air-conditioned, accessible by lift, and have a charming lounge/dining room with fireplace, warm parquet flooring complemented with a soft carpet and crown mouldings on the ceiling, one (or more) spacious and comfortable bedrooms, one (or two) bath (or shower) rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. All the bathrooms and kitchens have been recently totally renovated.

Old-style charm lives in harmony with the most modern technology: direct telephone line, television with international cable channels, and WiFi broadband Internet access, not to mention individual and adjustable air conditioning system in all our apartments : Suite Double, Twin Suite and Family Suite.

Always at your service

Our reception office is open according to the arrival and departure time of your guests. We naturally always remain at your service to ensure your stay is a pleasant and comfortable one. When the reception office is closed, a permanent telephone availability is provided day and night. An safety access code enables our guests to enter HotelHome Paris 16 outside of reception opening hours. We provide a wide range of guest services and offer our guests a daily cleaning service (our room maids make the beds, clean the bathrooms and empty the bins) and weekly full cleaning service with change of the provided linen (sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels bath mats, and cloths). We will of course change your linen more frequently if required. We also offer a number of à la carte services: secretarial work, sending of faxes or e-mails, shopping services, laundry and dry cleaning, access to the laundry integrated in the basement, baby-sitting, and restaurants reservations.
