The apartment is located within walking distance of Vilamoura Marina with all its restaurants and shops and within walking distance of the beautiful Falesia beach. There are several golf courses, Millenium, Victoria, Pinhal, The Old Course, Laguna are all a short taxi ride away. There are 2 waterparks, including Zoomarine, and for those of you who enjoy shopping Algarve shopping centre is 20 minutes as is Faro shopping centre.Almancil, Vale de Lobo, Albuferia and Faro are 15-20 min drive.

  • We will be as flexible as possible with changeover days so that renters can take advantage of low cost flights.Prices are for the property per week in euros.20% non refundable deposit required on confirmed booking. 150 euro refundable security deposit required on arrival. Final balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. rentals of less than 1 week on request.
  • Welcome packs and taxis can be arranged if required.cots and high chairs available on request at small extra charge.
    2* 5Ltrs water will be provided along with dish cloths and dish washer & washing machine tablets.
  • Towels and linen provided. please provide own beach towels.Maid service once per week, to include clean linen and towels. extra cleaning and linen change on request.
    There are communal sun beds available but we also have 4 apartment sun beds for your exclusive use.

I recently returned from a short stay at this appartment with three friends and want to highly recommend it.

The facilities within the appartent are luxurious - it is very comfortable, there's a fully equiped kitchen, and plenty of room to relax and entertain. Spotlessly clean 'boutique hotel' style and standard. The pool area is an extension - and beach a short walk away. The owner could not have made our stay more welcome!
In the evenings we walked to the marina and decided where to eat from an 'almost' overwhelming choice. The area offers attractions to all ages, and holiday makers will find what they are looking for - we did, no problem.
Couldn't recommend the appartment more highly.

We (2 adults, a 4 year old and 1 year old) stayed in this beautiful apartment from 21st April - 5th May 2009. The apartment is brand new, very spacious and tastefully decorated with no expense spared. Both bedrooms are spacious with 2 single beds in each which can easily be converted to a double bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a power shower/steam room. The kitchen is fitted with all mod cons (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, juicer, coffe machine etc.) and has a table and chairs for 6 people. The main bathroom has another shower and a jacuzzi (which the kids loved after a day at the beach). The living room has 2 large sofa beds, a flat screen plasma TV, a dvd player, an ipod sound-dock, and PS2. Patio doors open onto a terrace which has a table and chairs (ideal for relaxing in the evening). The terrace is a great place to watch the sunset. Praia Village is about 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and marina and therefore a car is not needed (a huge plus point). The complex itself has an adult and children's pool surrounded by well laid out gardens. There are a number of sun longers supplied by the owner as well as communal sun loungers. Karen and Katie, the 2 local contacts are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I found the owner to be extremely friendly when booking and flexible on changeover dates.I could not recommend this apartment highly enough. We will be back.

The apartment is lovely and modern and in a great location. Much bigger than we expected with a large lounge, plus kitchen with everything you could need. Lovely bedrooms & bathrooms, very clean. The pool area is really nice too and was fairly quiet when we were there. Great location - just a 5-10 min walk to the marina. Maybe a bit further to the beach about 15 mins, but worth the walk!
Would definitely recommend this apartment and will probably be going back again!

An outstanding apartment in an ideal location.

Relatively new and very modern, this apartment was clean, spacious and extremely well equipped. It had everything you want and more - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer, dishwasher, PS2, i-pod speakers to name a few. Owner was accomodating and extremely helpful. Ideal location, 15 min walk to Marina and the beautiful 'old town'. Underground parking slot an added advantage. In summary it was perfect in every way and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
