Water sports are available at reasonable rates including jet skis, water skiing, wake boarding, pedalos and more. The Black Sea is non tidal, very clean and provides safe shallow swimming, ideal for families. The apartment has a lovely view out to sea and over one of the luxury pools, the site has 7 including a Dual Level Infinity pool, Roman Pool and Children’s Pools. The Complex also has a 5* luxury Spa and Fitness Centre including Indoor Pool, Saunas, Turkish Steam Room, Whirlpool Baths, Massage and Spa Treatments and Relaxation Area. The Garden of Eden is a Luxury 5 Star Resort 1km from the ancient village of Sveti Vlas, 5km from the lively resort of Sunny Beach and a 1/2 hr boat trip across the bay from ancient NESSEBAR, a 3000 year old settlement and UNESCO World Heritage Site with 10 splendid mediaeval churches. The whole area is known as the Black Sea Riveria. There are countless reasonable Bars, Restaurants, Nightclubs and shops to enjoy, as well as all the beach has to offer. The atmosphere in ST VLAS is relaxed and friendly, and there are many pleasant courtyard restaurants where you can eat alfresco. The Town also boast a brand new Luxury Yacht Marina with some fantastic top class bars and restaurants. Here you can also take a boat trip or catch the water taxi to Nessebar. The living room has a very comfortable double sofa bed. It is ideal for a family of 4/5. All levels in the complex have lift access and so the apartment is suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs. The apartment is situated on the second floor and has stunning sea and pool views from a spacious balcony. The apartment is newly constructed in 2007 and furnished to an excellent standard, and has cold and hot air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. There is a fully tiled modern bathroom which has a full size bath with shower above, toilet and vanity sink unit. The property has a fully fitted kitchen with 4 ring hob, extractor fan, oven, sink with full-sized draining board, large freestanding fridge freezer, microwave oven and grill, breakfast bar and washing machine.
