Mas Rouby is a large traditional Catalan farmhouse holiday rental with secluded pool and garden. Set at the foothills of the Mediterranean Pyrenees, within easy access of airports including Perpignan, Girona, Carcasonne and Beziers this spacious self-catering property has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen/diner and comfortable lounge together with separate a games/playroom making it suitable for families of all ages. Well provided with kitchen utensils and appliances; entertainment equipment; DVDs/videos; games and books to ensure a relaxing holiday. Outside, there is large dining table and chairs with gas barbeque. Full of character this old farmhouse is situated within fruit orchards with stunning views in all directions. Ideally located between Mediterranean beaches and Pyrenean ski resorts Mas Rouby lies within an easy drive of historic towns and cosmopolitan cities. Close by, local towns and villages provide a good selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

A range of restaurants in Prades and nearby villages. There are a couple of small restaurants, a bar and cafe in Vinca. Notes: Mas Rouby is decorated and furnished to a high standard and is centrally heated. The lounge has comfortable seating, a log burner and TV with access to Sky together with a DVD player. In the kitchen there are plenty of cooking utensils and more than enough crockery and glasses! You will find a decked balcony outside which will give you a fantastic view of Mt Canigou! On the top floor there is a childrens'/teenagers' sitting/games room which has a TV/DVD, floor cushions and beanbags plus plenty of games, table football etc. Outside there is a good-sized secluded garden with an 8m x 4m pool enclosed by a fence and set into decking providing a dining area furnished with teak chairs and table, together with barbeque. Adjacent to the house is off-road parking for 4 cars. The lawn provides space for relaxation and games including use of the badminton net and rackets, and a table tennis table. Bicycles are available at the house for your use. One adult bike has a toddler seat.
