Newly decorated and tastefully furnished throughout. This 1 bedroom duplex apartment, with private balcony, is fully equipped for a self catering holiday and includes fridge/freezer, 2 electric hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, TV with DVD player, satellite TV, stereo and room safe. Own private front terrace with table and chairs, balcony leading from bedroom with patio furniture, rear tiled terrace,with barbecue. Downstairs WC, family bathroom with WC upstairs. There is a supermarket directly opposite the complex which is open until late. Only a short stroll to the fantastic, safe, sandy beach with plenty of water sports available. There is a large pool and children's pool at the apartments opposite which are available to use. There are an abundance of bars and restaurants, to cater for all tastes, within walking distance and only a five minute drive to the 18 hole golf course (or take the free courtesy bus that runs from the front of the complex every hour).

This apartment is perfectly situated within the family friendly resort of Caleta de Fuste where you will find plenty to occupy your days. At the sandy beach you will find many watersports including: pedaloes, jetsbikes, windsurfing, fishing or take a boat trip out to watch the whales and dolphins or take a stroll around the marina admiring the boats, yachts and catamarans. Ride a camel, feed the chipmonks on the rocks (they will literally eat out of your hands), try your hand at mini golf, ten pin bowling, visit the spa or go shopping. All within walking distance but if you want to explore more of this lovely Island, hire a car and visit the water park at Corralejo, the Animal Park/Garden Centre at La Lajita or just stop at the many beautiful beaches. Take the ferry to Lanzarote for the day or If you enjoy a round of Golf then the 'must see' is 18 hole championship golf course which is only a 5 minute drive away.
