Superb 3 Bed Detached Villa with Swimming Pool.
Detached villa with private swimming pool The villa is set on the outskirts of Protaras and Pernera with beaches, Tavernas, restaurants and shops within walking distance and a 5minute drive into the centre of Protaras. The villa is situated on a small estate and has its own private pool , barbecue and many other facilities. In fact there is everything you require for a family holiday. It is newly built and everything has been tastefully designed, from decor to contents to make you feel at home. There are two a twin bedrooms and a double room and also the supply of 2 x folding beds if required, the master bedroom with ensuite is situated on the ground floor and the other bedrooms are on the first floor both having balconies and patio furniture and bathroom upstairs. There is also a washroom with toilet and sink on the ground floor. Outside there are patio areas and furniture and sunlonges as well as barbeque, washing line etc.

The local town is Pernera where you will find beaches, shops, supermarkets, banks, chemists, doctor, tavernas, bars and restaurants and is only 5 minutes walk from our villa. Protaras is only 5 minutes drive and ayia Napa 10 minutes drive away. There are plentiful beaches and beach activities available along the coast line.
