Detached villa with private swimming pool The villa is set on the outskirts of Protaras and Pernera with beaches, Tavernas, restaurants and shops within walking distance and a 5minute drive into the centre of Protaras. The villa is situated on a small estate and has its own private pool , barbecue and many other facilities. In fact there is everything you require for a family holiday. It is newly built and everything has been tastefully designed, from decor to contents to make you feel at home. There are two a twin bedrooms and a double room and also the supply of 2 x folding beds if required, the master bedroom with ensuite is situated on the ground floor and the other bedrooms are on the first floor both having balconies and patio furniture and bathroom upstairs. All bedrooms have Air conditioning. There is also a washroom with toilet and sink on the ground floor. Outside there are patio areas and furniture and sunlonges as well as barbeque, washing line etc.

The local town is Pernera where you will find beaches, shops, supermarkets, banks, chemists, doctor, tavernas, bars and restaurants and is only 5 minutes walk from our villa. Protaras is only 5 minutes drive and ayia Napa 10 minutes drive away. There are plentiful beaches and beach activities available along the coast line. Local activities cycling, diving, fishing, paragliding, sailing, swimming, walking, tennis, water skiing, wind-surfing

I would like to say our stay in this beautiful peaceful villa was fantastic.The pictures show exactly what it was like,it was very clean with everything that you needed, just like home.The owner could not do anymore than he did for us,he was extremely polite and helpful.I would recommend it to everyone of all ages.It was close to beaches,local restaurants and bars,also local supermarket for supplys and attractions like the aquarium.We have already started to look at going back next year.It was close to all amenities.The neighbours were all so nice and welcoming too.Pure bliss and relaxation.Thank you for making our family holiday so enjoyable.One to remember.

What more could myself and family ask for from this great villa.It was spotlessly tidy but with that great homely feeling.First class pool and sun terraces which enabled us to catch the sun from dawn till dusk.Set in a quiet residential part of Pernera it was a nice 10 minute stroll down to the main bars/restaurants which we used every single night-enough choice to try a different one each night although some were closed due to end of season.The owner John arranged everything before our trip perfectly and nothing was left to chance.Overall a great family break in a 1st class villa.

Just to say that myself and family had a lovely holiday whilst staying at your villa. All our needs were catered for. It was spacious, clean and well maintained even the pool being cleaned twice a week. And also it was convinient that you had arranged for our transport to and from the Airport. Top quality accomodation in a great location for easy access to all local towns. Owners more than helpful during the period from booking through to going on holiday, with updates on the villa, resorts and directions prior to our departure.
Villa equiped to high standard, and beautifully clean and well maintained and we had several BBQ's outside during our stay.
Would recommend this property to anyone looking to just be on the outside of all the nearby busy resorts.
