This apartment is in the heart of Cannes, 2 minute walk from the Palais des festival and the beach. It's on the top floor with an elevator in a quiet building in Rue d'Antibes. It exists of 2 double bedrooms with four single beds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Besides that bathroom the apartment has another bathroom with a bath. In the livingroom we have a comfortable sleeping couch for two persons. This makes the apartment suitable for 6 persons. The kitchen is modern and from 2008.

This apartment is ideal because its quiet but in the centre of town in the famous rue d'antibes. You go out of the apartment and you are straight away in best shopping street of Cannes with its restaurants and cosy cafes. The beach is at 200m and so is the congress centre. A parking is available at 100m. The apartment is modern and is according to highest standards.

Very good... if you've not babies!

The apartment is very beautifull and really located in the heart of Cannes; for this reason it's a bit noisy but you know this before booking.
Instead it's not recommended for family with very young children (I've two babies...) because the apartment is on the third floor (not at the top of the building) and the elevator stop at the second! So "children welcome" on the website is not complitely correct!
Moreover, perhaps for some temporary problems, the wireless broadband doesn't work. All the other facilities work well and in the general the apartment is very comfortable, clean, well-maintened.
