This beautiful 3 to 5 bedroom townhouse is set on the prestigious Golden Mile in a gated complex of the Andalucian style. Set in lush, green gardens the complex is a quiet and peaceful place but with practically everything you could need on your doorstep. The luxurious Puente Romano and Marbella Club Hotels are just a few hundred metres away and from here you can follow the marble ‘paseo’ promenade along the beach for a 15 minute walk in either direction to the bustling town of Marbella or to fashionable Puerto Banus with its luxury yachts, designer boutiques and nightlife. The townhouse benefits from sea views as well as panoramic views of ‘La Concha’ Mountain close by.

You can choose to rent just the house (3 bed, 3 bath, sleeps 6) or for a small extra charge you can also incorporate the annexe (total 5 bed, 4 bath, sleeps 10) which is formed as a basement apartment below the house and connected to the ground floor large L shaped terrace via stairs. Both the house and the apartment annexe have their own kitchen, diner and living areas making this ideal for two families to have their own privacy when required but also to be able to join each other on the terrace for meals or when using the pool area. Please note that we do NOT let the apartment annexe separately. The townhouse is set over 3 floors (4 floors incorporating apartment annexe). The main double bedroom is on the top floor with its own balcony offering sea views and ensuite bathroom featuring Jacuzzi bath and WC. The next floor down features two other bedrooms – one double with ensuite featuring Jacuzzi bath and WC and the other being a twin bedroom with own balcony overlooking gardens.

It is also a great option to visit Marbella or the leisure harbour Puerto Banus – both of which are just a 15 min walk along the beachfront or a quick 5 min drive. There are also over a dozen golf courses in the local area. With pool, beach, golf, shopping and nightlife right on your doorstep you couldn’t choose a better option!   • All price quotes are in pounds sterling for House only (sleeps 6). Additional charge to rent Apartment Annexe too (sleeps 10)
    Minimum stay 1 week.
    Please enquire for seasonal offers! Christmas and Easter are charged at mid-season rate.
    Booking form should be signed by person responsible for the booking and returned with a deposit of £250 within 7 days of a request for booking. Please contact us for a booking form.
    Balance of payment to reach us at least 8 weeks prior to start of holiday plus £250 deposit in case of breakages which will be fully refunded by postal cheque once the property has been inspected. Late bookings full amount to be paid within 7 days of booking.
    Notes to the rental rates: Prices includes weekly maid service (change beds & towels) and electric. You can order maid service more frequently for a small extra charge.
    Prices may be subject to change at owners discretion.
    15% discount if booking length is more than 28 days.

Amazing Time at Great Vilal in Marbella

My group and I had a wonderful stay at the villa. We had 10 people and rented both the villa and the annexe. The first thing we noticed was how comfortable the beds were, as well as how nice the showers were. The whole place was very clean, and the living room was great for hanging out and very roomy. The views from the terrace are immaculate in all directions with the coast and mountains in plain sight. The walk to the beach was very quick as well. It was also very nice that some of the rooms had a personal balcony. The villa was lovely and in a very nice community. We would definitely choose to come back in the future.
