This beautiful 3 to 5 bedroom townhouse is set on the prestigious Golden Mile in a gated complex of the Andalucian style. Set in lush, green gardens the complex is a quiet and peaceful place but with practically everything you could need on your doorstep. The luxurious Puente Romano and Marbella Club Hotels are just a few hundred metres away and from here you can follow the marble ‘paseo’ promenade along the beach for a 15 minute walk in either direction to the bustling town of Marbella or to fashionable Puerto Banus with its luxury yachts, designer boutiques and nightlife. The townhouse benefits from sea views as well as panoramic views of ‘La Concha’ Mountain close by.

You can choose to rent just the house (3 bed, 3 bath, sleeps 6) or you can also incorporate the annexe (total 5 bed, 4 bath, sleeps 10) which is formed as a basement apartment below the house and connected to the ground floor large L shaped terrace via stairs. Both the house and the apartment annexe have their own kitchen, diner and living areas making this ideal for two families to have their own privacy when required but also to be able to join each other on the terrace for meals or when using the pool area. Please note that we do NOT let the apartment annexe separately. Downstairs in the apartment annexe there is a further open plan living/dining area with its own fully equipped kitchen. The annexe also has two bedrooms – one double and one twin – and its own bathroom featuring bath, shower and WC. The annexe also has a further small outside patio/terrace area.

    Please enquire for seasonal offers! Christmas and Easter are charged at mid-season rate.
    Booking form should be signed by person responsible for the booking and returned with a deposit of £250 within 7 days of a request for booking. Please contact us for a booking form.
    Balance of payment to reach us at least 8 weeks prior to start of holiday plus £250 deposit in case of breakages which will be fully refunded by postal cheque once the property has been inspected. Late bookings – full amount to be paid within 7 days of booking.
    Notes to the rental rates: Prices includes weekly maid service (change beds & towels) and electric. You can order maid service more frequently for a small extra charge.
    Prices may be subject to change at owner’s discretion.
    15% discount if booking length is more than 28 days.

Notes: House/Apartment has two fully equiped kitchens and two separate lounges/dining areas plus a very large shared terrace. Ideal for two families holidaying together. Arco Iris - well worth a visit!

An excellent house in an excellent location! We had 7 people staying in the house and it proved to be more than comfortable. Amenities in the area are excellent with the beach, shops etc in close proximity. The swimming pool in Arco Iris is excellent also and is where we spent most of our time.

We all would reccommend staying in Arco Iris and plan a return journey ourselves next year!

Lovely Holiday!

We stayed in this house for a week during August. Our party consisted of 4 couples (one in the basement apartment), and one child. The house felt large enough for all of us,everyone had their own space. All of the bedrooms are nice sizes and beds very comfortable. The top bedroom has a separate air conditioning unit, which wasn`t working when we arrived, it was fixed during our stay and contacting the maintenance people was easy.

The kitchen is quite small but well equipped and has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.. which made our lives much easier! The outdoor area is brilliant as there is one large table in the BBQ area, where we sat most nights to eat and drink. There is also a smaller table outside the patio doors. Unfortunately there was no gas in the BBQ when we arrived but there was someone on the other end of the phone who brought us some gas the following day.

The pool is excellent for adults and kids, cleaned regularly and only steps away from the front door of the main house. The complex is very quiet and well maintained but there are a lot of steps which can be difficult with a buggy or wheelchair. The main centres of Puerto Banus and Marbella are equal distance from the complex and can be reached by bus for 1euro or taxi for 10 euros. I would advise hiring a car as the supermarket is quite a distance to walk, especially with bags of shopping (up a hill) and the same goes for the beach. Prices in both of the towns were quite expensive but the supermarkets are reasonable.

The owner provided an good service, making our booking easy and providing lots of relevant information, very helpful, thanks!

Ideal villa for relaxing with friends

Would definately recommend this villa! The 6 (3 couples) of us had a fantastic time relaxing by the clean, secluded pool with the views of the mountain - very luxurious. The location was well suited to the trip - peaceful, well equipped with plenty room not to get under each others feet! Also, the fun part is fighting over who gets the best room (i think no one was really a loser though!) The super sol shop is a long stroll and we got taxis with the shopping! The bus service is very good though and approx 1 eur to marbella/puerto banus and every 15 mins or so. The majority of our time was taking advantage of the villa, with the barbeque and dishwasher there was no war over the domestic side. The beach wasn't far and was very well kept but we preferred the flexibilty of the villa for sunbathing! We liked a bar called Cruesos on the beach in Marbella beach where they served cocktails/milkshakes/smoothies and kids are welcome. The only negative aspect was the air con (not as cold as us Scots would have liked) and the flys by the pool were a pain, watch out for the mossies! We had an issue with one of the shutters however there was someone on the end of the phone & arrived the next day with a bottle of gas for the bbq. The owner was extremely helpful when our flight was moved to the previous day and he was always very prompt with his responses. I would recommend you organise a taxi/car to get to and from the airport and to see the sights. Considering going again!

Great house

Me and my 5 girlfriends spent one week in this house and we had a great time. The house is very nice and had all the equipment that you need. The pool is also nice and calm and very close to the house The beach is not far away either, only 10 minutes walk. The only negative thing was that it was quit far to the food store, approx 20-25 minutes walk.
I would really recommend this house, it was wonderful!
