Luxury, new ground floor, two bedroom (sleeps4/5) apartment located in a private gated small condominium within the Vilamoura Resort. Located just outside the resort centre about 15 minutes walk (3 minutes drive) to the marina and the golden sands of Faleisia beach. The accommodation comprises; 2 bedrooms (4 beds & 1 stow away) with ample hanging/drawer wardrobe storage and 2 bathrooms, one en-suite with Jacuzzi spa bath. The newly furnished living/dining room, complete with sofas, storage, 6 seater dining table and SKY TV, opens to the large terrace with table and 6 chairs and the private grassed garden area enclosed by a 1.5m hedge, the swimming pool access from the garden down 3 steps. There is a fully fitted kitchen with all the modern appliances. The air-conditioning is to the bedrooms, lounge/dining room and is climate controlled being able to heat and cool (depending on the season). There is a large pool, including children's pool accessed directly from the garden area.

Notes: All the facilities in the apartment are new with the furnishings to a very high standard. Satellite TV is included. Air conditioning is to all the living areas which has the ability to heat or cool depending on the season. The kitchen is fully equipped for comprehensive self catering. One of the key features of the apartment is the private garden area which adjoins the terrace. The garden is grassed and is bordered by 1.5m high hedge, this gets the sun from 10:30 until 6:00pm during the day and provides a nice area away from the communal pool to sunbathe should you want a bit of privacy The condominium has a huge pool which incorporates a children's pool. This is set within 7000sqm of landscaped gardens. There is also a children's play area. The condominium also benefits from being gated which provides extra security with walls around the entire grounds. There is ample parking plus secure underground parking with an allocated space for the apartment.

Condominium Do Golf II

Myself, partner, sister in law and her partner have just returned from Vilamoura after staying at this great and very reasonably priced apartment which is very tastefully decorated, modern and clean.

It is a 2 bed apartment with an en suite to the double master bedroom and benefits of all usual requirements making this accommodation a superb choice of holiday let - a perfect home from home.

It also has the benefit of black out blinds and air conditioning which was essential in the 30-34 degree heat that we experienced during the week that we stayed in Vilamoura. And the power showers in the bathrooms were amazing!

The pool was excellent as was the pool area. Plenty of room for everyone and whilst a little cooler this time of year, spent hours in it throughout the week.

The apartment is only a 5 min brisk walk across the main road outside the complex, There are a couple of bars with good prices for local spirits and beer which is contrary to the reviews i found of Vilamoura. There is also a gift shop with extremely helpful proprietors which have a good deal of local knowledge. There are also a couple of restaurants which should be proud of the food they prepare at prices that they charge (try the English breakfast (No 1)).

Further down the road approx 15 mins is a much larger Supermaket (Jaffers) which boasts a deli and butchery counter with a good choice of meats and cheeses. Prices are much cheaper here if you like to drink/eat in taking full advantage of the apartment and its private garden when eating outside at the comlpex.

A little further from the Jaffers supermarket you have the Marina which, in most establishments drinks can fetch 5 Euro for a large beer, however if you venture up the side streets, a drastically cheaper ranging from 1.5 - 2.5 Euro.

I highly recommend this apartment and location and already planning to make a return trip.

A Home Away from Home

First class accomodation. Spacious, nice specification, comfortable and ideal for my family of 4. It really did feel like a home away from home.

Being on the ground level was an added bonus as the garden allowed you quick access to the pool area (where the kids spent all their time) and it provided a nice setting for those early & late evening dinners.

Everyone around the complex was really friendly and there was plenty of other children for my children to make freinds with. Pool never got too growded and in the last few days of our break we were among a dozen people there.

Located in a very convenient location with easy access to shops, the beach. the marina. There is even a very nice fitness trail nearby that I am proud to say I used 10 times during my break. Weather was great. Clear blue skies and 34 degress almost every day.

We can highly recommend this property and hope to holiday there again soon.

Fantastic apartment and pool - superb holiday.

My wife and I choose this apartment due to the good reviews, beautiful setting and style of the apartment. We weren't dissapointed when we got there either.

It was clean, well presented and the electric black out blinds are a god send if you or any children require a snooze mid afternoon.

The pool is brilliant, and is only a stones throw from the private garden, so is great if you had enough of the sun but the kids are still going strong.

I would highly recommend this apartment and will definately be back in the future, hopefully sooner rather than later.

We had a good holiday in Vilamoura, the apartment was lovely, modern and spacious. It was great to have your own private patio and garden area. Pool set in beautiful surroundings and children's play park was great for our daughter. We hope to return soon!!!

Great Apartment - But the pool was empty

This really is a lovely apartment. It's a 20 minute brisk walk to the Marina but the footpaths are great is you have kids. We loved the apartment and the "Own Garden" is absolutely brilliant.

Only bad thing was the pool was empty for almost all of our 2 week stay... there was a leak in a filter or something. 2 weeks wihout the pool was tough with 2 kids.
Owner's Response: The apartment's commual pool unfortunately developed a leak which required the water to be removed over a 3 week period in order to find it and then fix it. The pool has now been been fully fixed and re-filled. Whilst the pool was out of action we also took the opportunity to refurbish the pool area and lay new decking. Renters can now continue to enjoy the fabulous pool and the surrounding gardens.
