Quaint and charming Hampton Beach House. One of the world's greatest beaches!

Our lovingly renovated, landscaped and tastefully decorated beach house has cathedral ceilings and a sunny living/dining area and kitchen on the 2nd floor that takes full advantage of ocean views to the south & bay views to the north. The house is roomy and its 3 bedrooms can accommodate 4 people very comfortably with an additional loft room on the 3rd floor providing for another 2 guests. The house comes with all amenities including fine towels, bedding, dishes, large screen TV. Beach chairs, barbeque and kayak. Stroll across the street to sunbathe, swim or play volleyball on the private ocean beach, walk behind the house to kayak or bird watch on the private bay beach or take a 10 minute walk to the park at the end of the island to have a cocktail, listen to live music. Also ideal to use as a base to explore the North Fork's historic hamlets and award winning vineyards. We will be happy to help you combine your beach vacation with an excursion to Manhattan just 1 1/2 hours away.

Notes to the rental rates

• Half the rental fee for the total time you will be staying is due to hold the reservation for the house and will act as a deposit to be used towards your stay. The other half is due at least one week prior to your visit and is payable by Paypal . Other payment options will be considered based on circumstances.
  A $1000.00 per week fully refundable security deposit is required.
  Cancellations must be made 6 weeks prior to booking date for a full refund.
  All utilities including gas, electricity, garbage removal and ammenities are included in your weekly/monthly rental fee. No additional fees will be acrued or assesed provided house is left in the condition it was left to you.

The Hamptons and its environs offers world class boating, fishing, sailing and golf. Fishing excursions and boat rentals are available as well as a myriad of other water activities including whale watching, jet skiing and surfing. You will find every variety of water activity in full swing here. There are many world class golf courses in the area to enjoy. Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, host of the US Open Golf Tournament in recent years, is testament to the caliber and quality of the courses just moments away from your doorstep. For the more adventurous, breathtaking glider plane tours are offered at the local Gabreski Airport as well as skydiving and other outdoor activities.

One of the great features of our house is its proximity to Manhattan which is easily reachable by car, train or bus. Located just 1 1/2 hours to the west, Manhattan is a perfect day trip away or a destination to incorporate into your beach plans or visa versa.
