This beautiful new 2 bedroom apartment, with 2 bathrooms 1 enuite, has been very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The apartment benefits from being on the ground floor with access to the terrace & garden and being close to the swimming pool with lovely landscaped gardens, & plenty of grass areas for lounging in the sun. This apartment is suitable for all year round rentals, excellent winter rental rates apply.

. Costa Esuri Golf resort is only 10 mins from the town of Ayamonte. Ayamonte is an old fishing port with a daily market, with its white wash houses pleasant square, baroque churches and maze of narrow streets, with many bars restaurants & shops. Ayamonte stands on the banks of the Guardiana River which looks towards the Portuguese town of Vila Real de s Antonio a ferry connects the two towns. Ayamonte is almost surrounded by water with the river on one side, with inlets & marshy land to the south which are populated by wetland birds. The historic city of Seville is just one hour away, north of the city there are roman ruins to explore, also there is a theme park Isla Magica, For the children the town of Cartaya 25 mins away this has a water park & go karting track. Only a 10 min drive away are the beautiful long beaches of Isla Canela & IsIa Christina, with golden sands & are perfect for swimming. Portugal is only a short drive away with many theme parks & attractions
