Charming townhouse with a sea view, located in a quiet part of the town, only a five minute walk from the centre of the village, a magnificent sea view and extraordinary solar exposition make of it one of the best locations to stay in Carvoeiro. On this two floor townhouse; on the ground floor - a bedroom, a bathroom, the kitchen, a wide living room with a fireplace and a terrace with a sea view; on the first floor - a suite with a terrace. Located in the Monte Carvoeiro Resort, it's near severel restaurants, a Jazz Club, a supermarket, severel coffee shops and a medical clinic.

With a great variety of things to do, places to visit, Carvoeiro is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday, providing visitors with wonderful beaches, namely the beach of Centeanes, Marinha or Benagil a wide variety of restaurants, like 'A Palmeira' mainly a seafood restaurant, 'Mistral' one of the most noticed restaurants in the village, or 'Chefe António' where you can find a wide variety of fish. Regarding the places you can visit, there is the 'Algar Seco' where you can enjoy a phenomenal view while having a refreshment at the 'Boneca', a very charming coffee shop in one of the best set of rock formations in the Algarve.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 1 - BOOKINGS - Upon entry the guests are required to deliver a security deposit of 150 Euro, that will be fully returned to them at the end of their stay, if no damages or acidents take place.
    In order to secure a booking, the guests are required to pay 20% of the balance by bank transfer, the balace will then be paid in cash on arrival upon reciving the key.
  • 2 - MORE THEN 4 PERSONS - The prices as stated above are for an ocupancy of 4 persons.
    If the guests require a booking for more then 4 persons (up to a maximum of 6), there will be an aditional charge of 50 Euro per extra person, per week
  • 3 - WINTER RATES - Regarding the rates, during the winter time (low season), the monthly rentals can be subject to rent negotiation if the guests intend to stay for more then one month.
    Also, during the winter time, the electrical bill is not included in the price above; therefore, the electricity must be paid separately by the guests.

Excellent Accommodation in Carveiro

This two story house is well situated for all the facilities which are a pleasant walk down steps into the main town. The whole of the upstairs in the accommodation is the master bedroom, en suite and a small sun terrace which is perfect for privacy when on holiday with family. downstairs is a large second bedroom, an open plan living/dining and a good kitchen. there is also a washing machine and outside drying area. Sitting on the terrace (seen in the picture) having breakfast, lunch or snacks is very pleasant as the view over the town and the sea is amazing. A beautiful place to stay, clean and with very good facilities - we will be back next year.

Beautiful property with everything you could want from a holiday home and then some. It was immaculately clean and the owners are lovely. I would definitely stay here again.
There was a occasional noise from the restaurant nearby, but a nice complex and brilliantly situated for the beach, town centre and restaurants.
