Farmhouse in Provence with private pool and olive grove, sea and mountains.

VERY BEAUTIFUL FARMHOUSE IN PROVENCE between sea and mountains in remote Varois, magnificently situated in 4200 m² olive and oak groves with 10 x 5 pool and integrated beaches in the olive grove. From the house there’s a superb view of the 'massif des Maures' and Varois vineyards. It’s really peaceful, in the middle of Provencal scenery with thyme and lavender. All walks and strolling pathways start from outside the house towards the river and the Sauveclare village waterfall. This recently-built house is typically Provencal with Salernes crockery and rustic oak furniture. The large covered terrace is ideal for siesta, spent listening to the cicadas. The hillside village of Flayosc is nearby (200 m)with activities and its typical Provencal market, many shops and restaurants. You can try the owner’s olive oil. The sea and the Verdon gorges are a stone’s throw away.

Lots of activities during the summer. 5 restaurants, 2 grocers, 3 doctors, 1 pharmacy, walks and bike paths from right outside the house (ancient tarred road). Draguignan and its old town and market are 10 minutes away. The Verdon gorges are 20 km, Fréjus beach is 30 km and Sainte Maxime beach 40 min. The chateau is in the middle of vineyards and olive groves, near to Sauveclare hamlet. River bathing and fresh waterfalls in the summer. Nearby there are the Thoronet abbey and the villages of Salernes and Tourtour, the gateway to the Haut Var.
