A wonderful frontline south facing 3 bedroomed spacious apartment in a superb complex with two lovely swimming pools and lush sub tropical gardens. There are beautiful sea views from the lounge, master (en-suite) bedroom and the large sunny terrace. The lounge is furnished to a very high standard with leather suite, large flat LCD TV, satellite TV (Sky), DVD, music system. Dining table/chairs for 6 people. Large patio doors open onto the terrace which again enjoys the stunning sea views. The complex is totally disabled friendly with ramps throughout the gardens and a lift to the apartment front door. One of the delightful features of the apartment complex are the stunning and lush gardens with an array of beautiful Mediterranean trees, shrubs and ornaments which create a wonderful shady, tropical oasis. There are 2 large swimming pools and one children's paddling pool. There is also direct sea access from the apartment complex where you can dive into the amazing crystal clear water

The main town and beach of Santa Ponsa are 5 minutes away by car. The sophisticated waterfront port of Andratx is 15 minutes by car with nearby Paguera just 10 minutes away.     Please note that there is a £60 surcharge for changeover on a Sunday (due to double time costs for cleaning).

    4 week rental from January 2010 to March 2010 only £1600 per 4 weeks.

    A 30% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the final balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
    Key/Damage Refundable deposit: We charge a £200 fully refundable deposit to cover the possible loss of one of the 2 keys and remote controls we shall provide for your access. When they are returned and our cleaning staff confirm no damage of concern, the deposit is immediately refunded.
