A wonderful frontline south facing 3 bedroomed spacious apartment in a superb complex with two lovely swimming pools and lush sub tropical gardens. There are sea views from the lounge, master (en-suite) bedroom and the large sunny terrace. The complex is totally disabled friendly with ramps throughout the gardens and a lift to the apartment front door. One of the delightful features of the apartment complex are the stunning and lush gardens with an array of beautiful Mediterranean trees, shrubs and ornaments which create a wonderful shady, tropical oasis. There are 2 large swimming pools and one children's paddling pool. There is also direct sea access from the apartment complex where you can dive into the amazing crystal clear sea. Note: the apartment is in a gated secure complex.

The nearest small sandy beach and cove is at Port Adriano which is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the apartment. There are also the trendy water front bars and restaurants in the marina at Port Adriano. Just above the port area is a supermarket where you are able to purchase most day to day items. The main town and beach of Santa Ponsa are 5 minutes away by car. The sophistcated waterfront port of Andratx is 15 minutes by car with nearby Paguera just 10 mintues away.

Key/Damage Refundable deposit: we charge a £200 fully refundable deposit to cover the possible loss of one of the 2 keys and remote controls we shall provide for your access. When they are returned and our cleaning staff confirm no damage of concern the deposit is immedately refunded.

Santa Ponsa has 3 golf courses - all of which are very close to the apartment. The Santa Ponsa Country Club is approx 1 mile from the apartment and has wonderful facilities including a gourmet restaurant and luxury spa. Reasonable rates for daily green fees.
