Can Algarrobas is a fabulous find! Brilliant for families being both near the town of Pollenca and numerous beaches. Located at the end of a private driveway surrounded by the picturesque Tramuntana mountains of North Majorca. The house is both secluded and accessible. It is only a 10 minute drive from local beaches, 5 mins from the historic old Town of Pollenca and 2 mins from the nearest supermarket. The house has recently been completely re-decorated inside to a high standard and is now being rented out for the first time. Book now to avoid disappointment!

Inside the house, accommodation is all on one level. The living room and dining room form the main part of the house where there is a TV with integral DVD/video player, satellite TV and CD player. The dining area is at one end of the living room next to the archway which leads into the kitchen. The living area and kitchen open out onto the large terrace which overlooks the pool area and is perfect for alfresco dining, whilst enjoying the spectacular mountain views. The terrace runs around the entire living area with the BBQ to one side and the pool in the foreground. There are large umbrellas to provide shade during the day and at night it is perfect for lying on a sun lounger and looking at the stars. The kitchen is clean and modern with microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Bedroom two is opposite the master bedroom and opens onto a smaller terrace area at the back of the villa. Here there is one bunk bed and one single bed plus ensuite with shower over bath. The third bedroom, with twin beds is at the front of the villa and has a shower room next door. The private swimming pool (approx 9x5m) is in front of the house and is surrounded by a large terrace that is ideal for sunbathing.

We really had a wonderful time at Can Algarrobas. Two weeks of almost unbroken sunshine! The villa was perfect, the interior was perfect and the surrounding were perfect! We visited many places on the island, but our favorite town is Pollenca. We are very tempted to go for (at least) two more weeks next year.

Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful place.

A really great find. A quiet off the beaten track villa, with character and very very nicely furnished. Plenty of room for our family of 5 plus Granny and Grandpa! We all loved the garden and pool and view of the mountains around us. The location is great with a supermarket 5 mins away to get fresh bread each day and beaches all around.

Lovely - thanks for a super holiday villa.
