This recently renovated apartment has a tastefully decorated double bedroom, a modern living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a stylish bathroom with shower. The outside seating area is well lit at night making it a pleasant place for you to dine out or simply enjoy a glass of wine. The well established garden looks out across the surrounding hillside. The apartment has been expertly converted and integrated as part of a modern villa and has its own private entrance, secluded garden and patio area. The surrounding area has stunning views across the valley and down towards the sea and a local viewing point is only a couple of minutes walk along the road. A large swimming pool for your use is situated close by. All bed linen and towels are provided and the property managers will be happy to provide a laundry and cleaning service during your stay (paid locally).

The kitchen is fully fitted and Includes fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob, washing machine and dishwasher. You will find ample crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. The comfortable lounge area is tastefully decorated and the owners have added their own personal touches which add to the very pleasent atmosphere of this delightful room. There is a dining table and chairs to one side and a sofa bed suitable for 2 people. Satellite TV with UK stations and DVD player is provided as well as a connection to the internet. Air conditioning is available and the property is heated during the colder months.
