The flat is situated in Umhlanga Ridge in a newly build complex. Umhlanga ridge is an ideal starting point for excursions in kwazulu natal. (Shaka’s rock, Drakenbergen, Crocodiles in St. Lucia, Durban at 26 km with its beautiful beaches and casino) The flat has an in-living housemaid who will clean and make beds for you. On demand she also can cook traditional dishes. More, she also can help you planning your excursions. We have a trusted contact with a cab company that even can offer transport. If you tip the housemaid she will serve you as a guide as well. Using a flat has advantages. No strict hours to be followed like in a hotel. But the housemaid will give you the feeling that you are living in a hotel. The cost of the housemaid is included in the price, but tipping is custom in South Africa. For the ladies. There is a gigantic shopping mall at 500 metres where the women can find clothes, shoes and cosmetics, while the men can have a drink in one of the many cosy corners.
