This large three bedroom detached villa is situated in a complex just l00 metres from the sea. The house has private gardens, and a large swimming pool. Furnished to a luxury standard you will find every mod con you could require to enjoy your holiday in Cyprus. Three double bedrooms one with four poster bed, and two twin bedded rooms (one downstairs). Large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen fully equipped and large veranda opening onto the garden. Gas barbeque for outside evening meals, and garden furniture.

Just 5 minutes drive away is the busy tourist resort of Ayia Napa with the best and most beautiful sandy beaches in Cyprus. Excellent restaurants, bars, tavernas and nightclubs for evening entertainment, and plenty of shops, cafes and beach restaurants for daytime enjoyment. Water world water park is the largest in Europe, complete with lazy river and wave pool. Next door you can enjoy speeding round the go kart track, or a quiet drink in the pit stop bar. Ayia Napa has a large fishing harbour, with plenty of fish tavernas, a bowling alley and a fun fair. A short drive outside of Ayia Napa and you have the resorts of Protaras, Pernera and Kaparris. Other entertainments include quad bike track, horse riding, all forms of water sports, and mini golf courses.
