Semi-detached Villa, 2 bedroom, sleeps 6

Luxury 2 Bed Semi Detached Villa with Air Conditioning in Kapparis, Paralimni with communal pool, children's pool, play area and gardens. This spacious house has air conditioning and sleeps up to 6 people. The modern fitted kitchen has a washing machine, oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and plenty of cooking utensils. An iron and ironing board are also provided. In the living area is a table and 4 chairs, satellite TV (small selection of english channels), DVD player, CD player and a selection of DVDs. There is also a large comfortable sofa/ sofa bed. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes (with coat hangers), dress mirror, hairdryer, bedside tables with lamps. Fitted wardrobes are included in the twin bedroom, along with a travel cot (bedding not provided). The bathroom has a shower cubicle. Outside is a large patio area, table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers, BBQ and outside shower.

Kapparis is an all year round resort, an ideal base for exploring not only the east coast and its many coves and beaches but also the north of Cyprus. The Villa is within walking distance of the beaches, souvenir shops, supermarkets, car hire shop, bakery, bars and restaurants. There is also an Internet café. There are several excellent restaurants including Cypriot, Italian, Chinese and English cuisine. Paralimini is the nearest town where there are many shops including a Marks and Spencer! There are also traditional cafés and restaurants, many centred around the picturesque church and main square. Other resorts of Pernera and Protaras can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes, where you will find a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and other attractions including water parks and mini golf. Ayia Napa is only a 15 minute drive away. You can drive to Cape Greko National Park if you want to get away from it all and relax in the peace and quiet.

The area of Kapparis is suitable for all year round holiday rental. Protaras normally closes November to late March/early April. Most restaurants and bars in Kapparis and some in nearby Pernera stay open all year round. The main town centre of Paralimini which has a wide selection of shops restaurants and bars is also open all year round.

Notes to the rental rates

  • A £100.00 non refundable deposit is payable at time of booking. The balance is due six weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £100.00 is required ( to cover any potential damages) to be paid with the final balance. The security deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure provided keys are returned and there is no damage, you will not normally be charged for small breakages such as a glass, cup etc.
    Discount will be given for stays of more than one week and return visitors.
  • The house will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival and after departure. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for the house but please bring your own beach towels.
  • Airport transfer can be arranged if required. This will be pre booked for you and is payable on arrival.
