Apartment was clean, accurately described and very nice. The pool area was beautiful. Disappointed that there was no 'luxury welcome pack' - unless you can count someone elses crisps (open), half used toothpaste, a bottle of milk and a box of Weetabix. Expected a bit more - perhaps some bread, butter, jam, even a bottle of wine. Also surprised to find no David or Julie, who manage the apartment. They were in England, apparently. Nikos was helpful, although the first hire car we booked on his recommendation broke down - could happen to anyone, I know. Second car fine. The prices at the 'Village Square' were outrageous, and the shop and restaurants there are to be avoided, in my opinion, although they are the only option if you don't want to drive a considerable distance.. The Golf Club, when we went for a pre-dinner drink, was dead. If you want to go to the Beach Club, which is miles away, you need to book in advance, as the hotel bus only carries 10 people. All in all, a lovely apartment, but miles from anywhere, with extremely expensive shop (there is only one) and restaurants. Other people we spoke to had been coming for several years, but because of the prices, won't be back.
