Villa Rosas is perfect for large groups and families who are looking for a seaside villa close to Puerto Banus with the added benefit of having your own private beach access from the garden. Villa Rosas is a very popular high quality villa right next to the sea in an ever popular area of San Pedro. The villa is air conditioned and the lounge has English Sky TV (also Spanish and some German). For those coming on holiday out of season the pool is heated. The villa has good sized rooms throughout. There are four standard bedrooms plus a further small single bedroom located downstairs (see bedroom notes). The kitchen is large, modern and provides everything you could possibly need to cater for a large group. The garden provides both a charcoal and quality gas barbeque. On the sandy beach, there are four or five popular beach restaurants and bars dotted around where you can eat lunch or laze away the day! This is truly is a great villa for a family beach holiday.

Villa Rosas is located about 20 meters from the Linda Vista beach and sea front in San Pedro Alcantara close to the 'El Ancra' lido and Bora Bora Restaurant. It is in a very quiet spot with a small cool Eucalyptus woodland area nearby that is great to walk through to get access to some more sea front restaurants. There are plenty of restaurants and bars all the way along the sea front from this location which run in the direction of Puerto Banus for about 6 KM. There are a couple of children's playgrounds along the way too. Everything needed for a good family beach side holiday. Should you wish to try something different, the Lido a few metres away costs 10 Euros per person per day. It features a huge pool (half a metre deep going down to about four meters deep) which leads directly onto the beach, There are many sun loungers here. The seafront fish restaurant is excellent and you do not need to pay for entry to use this. The town centre of San Pedro is directly inland about 1km away.

  • The villa normally sleeps nine people; however, if necessary, the master bedroom has a further single bed in it and the downstairs double bedroom has a further two single bed-under-beds which will allow up to four people in this room. This means the villa may sleep up to 12 people if necessary. The downstairs single room is really an area beyond the downstairs very modern shower area which has been turned into a single room. It is quite reasonable to use this as a bedroom for one person only.

Notes: The pool is shape that is difficult to describe. The main area of the pool is more kidney/oval and is about 3 x 5 metres in size. One end of the pool leads away under a small bridge providing areas which is fun for supervised very young children to play in. It is from this end that the pool filter returns the water to provide a mini-stream of running water. The total length of the pool is about 11 metres including this bridge area. It is more of a fun pool to dip into rather than a pool for serious swimmers. For the Serious swimmers may consider using the sea or the lido next door. The Beach access from the garden is via a private gate to the rear which leads into a corridor of 20 metres that passes directly onto the beach. This gate is lockable for security. Smoking is allowed only outside. We can provide a high speed internet solution at a cost of 60 Euros for up to 1 gigabyte of downloaded data.

Please enquire about this when making your booking. We cal also arrange airport transfers for your group if you prefer not to drive.

Tourist information: Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona is also worth a visit for it still remains a very Spanish town with it's many beaches, bars and restaurants. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable holiday for both families and friends who want to be located in the centre of everything.

your own private yacht charter: We are please to be able to offer our clients the opportunity to charter your own private yacht for only 45 Euros per person (day trip) when renting this villa. You will be collected from from Puerto Banus and have the opportunity to sail to various destinations for the day or to simply drop anchor on nearby beach and soak up the sun. Lunch on board can be provided for a further fee. The boat takes a maximum of six persons. For larger groups we lay on a second sailing boat which will allow you to enter into a race if you are interested. Please ask for details.
