Notes to the rental rates

• LONG LETS [SEP-JUNE] 195.00 euro PER WEEK MINIMUM STAY ONE MONTH
  Prices are inclusive of free welcome pack, laundry, cleaning, air-con and heating. A deposit of 25% of total rental price is required at the time of booking to secure it. The balance will be due six weeks prior to departure. You will be met either at the airport or the apartment [your choice] by our agent who will hand you the keys and show you around. On arrival you will need to pay them 150 Euros [£100] key/damage deposit, refundable on return of keys and pending inspection by our agents for damage, loss, excessive cleaning or laundering at the end of your stay. Late bookings must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to departure. Discounts considered for lets longer than two consecutive weeks. Airport collection can be arranged 24 /7.

Follow the coast toward Elenite and its aquapark to find sister complexes whose facilities are also open to our guests and quiet, beautifully clean, family beaches with safe swimming, pedalos etc. Catch a local bus from the complex into St Vlas centre [5 minutes journey] and you will be spoilt for choice with cafes, restaurants, street stalls, markets, shops and all the bustle of a truely Bulgarian resort. Stay on the bus as it rounds the bay and you are into the modern and lively non-stop resort of Sunny Beach with absolutely everything you could ever need for a perfect sea-side holiday.

ON THE COMPLEX

On the complex itself are no less than eight pools, including one with a wave machine, and another with jaccuzi, two restaurants, shops, internet room, sports facilities including gym and tennis courts, and golf pitch and put. There is immediate access to the beach and guests will be able to use further sport and leisure facilities in the sister complexes along the coast at Elinite where there is also an Aquapark. St Vlas centre is a few minutes ride and has a beautiful new Marina where you can catch the ferry to the ancient town of Nessebur, or continue by road to reach the centre of Sunny Beach resort in less than 15 minutes.
