Notes to the rental rates

• LONGER TERM RENTALS
  There is a sharply digressive rate for longer rentals starting with 2200 euros or 2 weeks in high season and 1600 euros for 2 weeks in low season.
  There is a special rate for the 6 weeks starting January 5, 2008 of 3500 euros for the entire period.
  
• The rental rate covers everything except a cleaning fee of 85 euros and phone charges if they are considerable. If they are not significant, they will be absorbed by the owner.
  In addition there is a security deposit to cover cleaning and potential damage. The sum depends on the composition of the party and the length of stay.
