Our Gulf coast vacation rental has a large1700 sq ft. The 4th floor, 3 b/r luxury vacation condo rental is a s/west corner unit. Our Gulfcoast Madeira Beach Florida vacation condo has the preferred S/west corner exposure allowing you to enjoy spectacular views of sunrise and sunset and watch dolphins play from your 81' wrap-around bal. (not shared) equipped with table, lounge etc. Rental's view overlooks Gulf, Bay, and World Famous John's Pass Village (1/2) mi.). Our ‘fourth floor’ condo has no structures blocking the view in either direction. Building and landscaping updates were done 06.There are new tables chairs-umbrellas and many lounge chairs next to the heated pool- fronting on the Gulf Beach. Bathrooms at the pool this 4th floor unit has a security elev. and covered preferred parking. You will find our exceptional unit very clean. The beach is only 150' away. The rentals living room wall is fully mirrored giving you a dramatic panoramic view. There is a bar/glasses. We have tile floors and carpeting in all bedrooms, master bathroomand and living room. There are three - 6 foot sliding glass doors (with screens) off the living room opening to the Gulf and one facing south towards John's Pass. This further expands your gulf view giving you a wonderful, warm Florida ocean breeze throughout. The balcony is fully (electric) shuttered . ( Put them down a little to shade yourself from the sun in the late afternoon.) --------The very large master bedroom has a six foot sliding glass door (with screen ) opening to the balcony affording a romantic gulf view from the king size bed and its own TV and mirrors everywhere. The mirrors and 4-sliders make the condo very bright and cheerful.---- The master bath has a double vanity and a lovely oversized tub/shower enclosure and a beautiful stain glass window over-looking the Gulf from your shower!

We stayed May 2009, the weather was not very good, however, we had a great time. The Clark's have a comfortable condo with a spectacular view. The balcony is the best. We will be back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Fabulous Condo and View

We have stayed in the Madeira Beach area many times. We always walked along the beach to John’s Pass while admiring the Green Building with the large wrap around balconies. This year we rented unit 301 in this building that was recommended to us. The view was all we expected and more. We had an added surprise as the condo itself was the nicest we have rented. It was so bright and cheerful and clean. We tried to book it for next year but our dates were taken. We will certainly be back when we can. We were presently surprised when the owner, Art, called us to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. We told him everything was just great.

Superior Site for Sibling Reunion

My brothers, sister and I spent a week at this condo in May. It was the first time we had all been together in 17 years. It was an ideal location. With people traveling from three different states, the washer and dryer were certainly a plus. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space when they needed it and the huge circular table with the lazy susan allowed all of us to share a meal together very comfortably. The views from the wrap around balcony were breathtaking. God blessed us with a double rainbow one night that extended from the Bay to the Gulf side. If all goes well, we'll be back. :-) The owners were gracious hosts, which simplified coordinating the details.

Wonderful, Spacious and Clean

My husband and I spent an amazing vacation at this condo. There were no suprises as the virtual tour allowed us to see everything beforehand. Everything was very clean, no, exceptionally clean. We loved the wrap-around balcony with the fantastic panaramic view. Art lived nearby and was here in a minute when we locked ourselves out. He was great to work with. Madeira is such a great area. There were so many excellent restaurants nearby and lots of fun this to do.We have booked our vacation for next year already. We can't wait to do things we didn't get to do.

Equisite Condo with Super Views

Just returned from one week's stay at Arena de Madeira condo #301 in Madeira Beach owned by Art and Sandy. We were very pleased to see a very clean, comfortable, and functional retreat for our vacation. The furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and everything in working order. The bathrooms, always a concern on my part, were very clean and decorated nicely. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bedding sufficient.
We loved the big round dining room table (we were six "girls" celebrating our 60th birthday) and the table was great for eating and playing games. Plenty of sitting room in the living room for all of us. The balcony was great- with table and chairs for all to enjoy the incredible beach and ocean.
The whole condo complex was clean, with a well-maintained pool, and very private. The condo complex only has 15 condos, I think, so it was very quiet and private which we enjoyed.
We spoke to the couple who were staying in condo #303, which is also owned by Art and Sandy, and they agreed with our assessment of the unit - clean and comfortable.
When I rent a condo, I don't expect to go in and see "high end" furnishings with a "don't touch/don't spill" attitude. I want it to be clean, comfortable, with an attitude of "have fun/relax/enjoy".
So, in conclusion, my only complaint is that we had to leave!
