Tastefully furnished apartment in Pueblo Montecala, Cumbre del Sol with sleeping facilities for up to 6 people. Air-conditioning in the living room and main bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing-machine. Dining area for up to 6 people inside and outside in the terrace. Gas Barbecue provided. Amazing views of the Sierra Bernia Mountains from the west-facing terrace. 2 private communal swimming pools (1 with lifeguard) with bistro offering food all day long and evening entertainment, sun loungers with vast sunbathing area and showers only 1 minute away on foot. Moraig, the closest beach, is only a 5 minutes drive away. There are 2 shopping centres nearby with banks, shops, bars and restaurants. A children's playground is within walking distance. The beautiful village of Moraira is only 10 minutes drive away, Calpe 15 minutes away and Denia 1/2 hour away. There are breathtaking mountain views along with lush vegetation of lemons, orange groves, almond, olive trees and grapevines. It has been rated by World Health Organizations as one of the healthiest in the world with over 325 days of sunshine per year. CUMBRE DEL SOL is an exclusive residential area with glorious views all around. On a clear day Ibiza can even be seen. Moraig beach is one of the most dramatic and secretive beaches you shall ever come across only 5' away. It is a pebbly beach at the bottom of the cliff with undersea caves that are regularly explored by visiting scuba divers. MORAIRA is a pretty bay with its own marina, sandy beaches, shops, restaurants, pretty promenade and shaded park. Very lively, beautiful and authentic. Other places around worth visiting are Valencia, Alicante, Javea, Denia, Benidorm and the Jalon Valley, the wine growing region.

    The property is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each new arrival, if requested, arrangements can be made for a mid-week cleaning service at an extra charge. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on confirmation of the booking. The remainder together with a refundable ? 200 damages deposit needs to be paid 4 weeks before the booking. The damages deposit will be credited back to holiday makers on their return after a final check of the property is carried out.

    Special rates may be available for late bookings. Long-term rentals are welcomed and special rates apply.

    Occupation from 14:00 pm on arrival day until 10:00 am on leaving day.

Notes: Spacious open plan living area with home comforts, a flat screen TV with International Satellite TV in several languages including movie/ sports channels and DVD/CD player. Fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobes and drawer storage space. Heating for any colder days-Hot and cold air-conditioning. Large illuminated terrace with table and 6 chairs, parasol, 2 Sun loungers and a gas bbq for lovely outdoor meals. The property is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each new arrival and, if requested, arrangements can be made for mid-week cleaning and linen change during your stay. A cot, baby's bath tub and high chair can be provided if requested. Welcome packs and airport pick-ups can be arranged along with any other special requests. Towels and bed linen are provided by property owners; however beach towels are not available. Holiday makers need to bring their own.

Swimming pool facilities: There are 2 large swimming pools with spectacular views 1 minute away on foot. The swimming pools complex is a large private enclosure for the exclusive enjoyment of Montecalas' residents. One of the pools is a beautiful infinity pool with a childrens pool area and the 2nd pool is of Olympic size and counts with the supervision of a full-time life guard all throughout the summer. There are extensive well-cared sunbathing areas with sunloungers, showers and a bistro which offers food all day long and evening entertainment. Their menu is in English.

Golf: Within 7 minutes drive of the apartment is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. La Sella Golf Club is 15 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles. This is a private members club open to the public. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within a half hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. These testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.
