'Villa Athina' is an air-conditioned, light and modern self-catered holiday house, contemporarily furnished with 4 large bedrooms. Both of the upper two floors open to a large L-shape balcony where you can enjoy the sun and warmth of Greece, curl up with a book or relax and enjoy the panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. At the mezzanine garden floor, the fully stocked, gourmet kitchen occupies part of the open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area. There is sitting and dining for 8-12 with a large sofa and arm-chairs, TV and DVD. The house features a blooming garden and a large patio to the side of the kitchen, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and the tasty local wine or some ouzo in the evenings and secure gated parking for 2 cars. 'Spiti Spiros' is a comfortable, well-appointed, air-conditioned, stylish and cool, self-catered 2 bedroom vacation apartment on 2 floors with 2 large balconies, patio, and secure parking for a car, ideal for families or a group of up to 6.

Villa Athina is located in Porto Rafti which is an old fishing village that has kept its charm (and still has fresh fish landed every morning), while developing as a beautiful holiday resort that has not been deluged by too many tourists. The house has a lovely garden and a patio with a large marble table, chairs and barbecue. It is an ideal and attractive breakfast spot as it benefits from shade until mid morning and of course it is ideal for evening meals and for enjoying the local wine al fresco. With one king en-suite, one double and two twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families or 'get-togethers', with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. Athens with the Parthenon, museums and the flea market is a mere 38 kilometres away.

Porto Rafti is a very popular summer destination for the Athenians, mostly undiscovered by tourists, located on the eastern coast of Attica, Greece,opposite the islands of Andros, Evia, Mykonos. It is conveniently placed near the Athens International Airport while Athens is only 38 km away. The area has many beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants and sea-front fish tavernas, with traditional Greek food and delicious local wine and there is plenty to do and see in the area: you can swim, play tennis and golf, horse-ride, enjoy water sports, day visit many islands or cruise, dance the night or just cool yourself with a freshly squeezed watermelon juice. There are many ancient sites and temples that you can visit, just a short drive away from our villa and apartment. They include: * The impressive temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounio * The temple of Artemis in Vravrona and the museum * The burial mound and museum of Marathon, and of course • The Parthenon of Athens and the many museums

Many of our guests prefer to explore the area and swim at the long sandy beaches of 'Avlaki', 'Panorama' and 'Love cave = erotospilia' and therefore the hiring of a car adds greatly to their pleasure and convenience. |
