This quality 2 bedroom 1 bath home, overlooking St. Margaret's Bay and facing West Cove Lake, offers the best of both worlds. In addition, over 900 sq. feet of outdoor living space is enjoyed from the deck, which offers views of the ocean.

Southern Exposure is situated in a quiet coastal setting on a private 1.5 acre lot of secluded woodlands with easy access to two (2) beaches (a lakefront sand beach area across the road and a short drive to Bayswater Beach) offering excellent opportunities for swimming, kayaking and canoeing.

Eight minutes from Hubbards, less than an hour from the communities of Chester, Mahone Bay, Lunenburg and Peggy's Cove, as well as downtown Halifax. This is a bright but cozy hide-a-way that is tastefully furnished and well designed. Beautiful hardwood floors, wood stove and a fully equipped kitchen and family room comprise this 2 bedroom home. A great find!
