Luxury 6 bedroom Greek sea view villa with private pool and air conditioning
Olive Tree House is situated just outside the picturesque historic village of Megali Mandinia overlooking the sea in the foothills of the Taygetos mountain range. It is less than a 5 min drive to the nearest sandy beach where there are four tavernas, one with plunge pool. To the rear it has mountain views of the snow topped Taygetos range. There are private terraced olive groves that form part of the property to one side and views of the private pool, gorge, sea and mountains to the other. It is only a very short drive to local beaches and the sea in either direction with a wide selection of tavernas and mini-markets. The city of Kalamata is a 20 minute drive and offers cosmopolitan shopping, beach front restaurants and bars and a selection of night-life. Kalamata also boasts a super harbour again with a variety of bars and sea food restaurants. Olive Tree House offers the best of all worlds: head to Kalamata for choice and sophistication or head south for sleepy rural villages and private beaches and coves. Alternatively stay put at Olive Tree by the pool, playing table tennis or literally 'chilling out' in the air conditioned property and admiring the view of the mountains, sea and beach front. Note that the property has a stunning infinity pool - children must be supervised - the owners take no responsibility for injury.
