Its garden has plenty of Mediterranean gives you a refreshing shade in summer, and allows you to have lunch in the sun in full winter. Situated in a very calm quarter, the Villa Agnès is 2 minutes by feet of trade and stopping of bus, which leads you in the centre of Cannes and to beaches in 10 minutes. Inside of the Villa is very comfortable and decorated in a style which recalls Mediterranean Sea, from the French Riviera to Morocco, Tunisia, or Greece. A big convivial living-room offers you a corner with chimney, a table for 10 persons, and a kitchen entirely equipped. Four comfortable bed-rooms allow you to house 8 persons. A basin in an inner courtyard allows you to refresh them sheltered from looks open-air, and provides an aerie of games very appreciated by small children. All the house is in perfect state. Available for rent all year long.
