Adorable 24sq m studio with terrace facing south with floor to ceiling windows and shutters. Dining area. 4th floor with two lifts, porter 24/24. Behind Grand hotel in building Hippocampe of Grand Hotel complex. Pathway through garden to sea just 30 yds away. In the middle of Cannes so near to shops of Rue D'antibes and restaurants with closed street just around the corner. Not noisy as no road in front. The studio consists of one room with parquet wood floor and very comfortable sofa bed with thick mattress. Also lounging chair. Kitchenette with microwave, hob, fridge and basin equipped for four people. There is WIFI internet. TV satellite, DVD and Video player. (English films provided). Bathroom tiled marble with bath and shower, toilet and basin. Hallway has double cupboard with hanging space and shelves. Air conditioning and heating.

I have stayed in a variety of apartments and hotels in Cannes but the hospitality, local knowledge and the 'help on any matter' attitude by the owner Mrs Webster together with with the ideal location - 30 seconds walk from the excellent Grand Hotel garden terrace, Rue D'Antibes shopping, and the Croisette/Beaches - makes this studio package, in my opinion, a hard act to follow. Comfortable, convenient, sunny and well-equipped, I would not hesitate to recommend this property and its owner to anyone looking to make the best of a trip to Cannes.
