Desert Springs Golf Resort

Designed by Peter McEvoy and inspired by the famous golf courses of New Mexico and Arizona, it is the only desert golf course in Europe. The Indiana course has been built to full USGA specifications. It is a spectacular blend of emerald green fairways and arid landscape of cacti, rock flowering desert flora, streams and lakes, set high on a plateau surrounded by the ranges of the Sierra Cabrera mountains. It is the largest cacti and rock park in the whole of Europe. All in all the course offers an exhilarating golfing experience both demanding and satisfying for players of all abilities depending on the choice of tee selected. The Indiana is the overseas home for a number of British Golf unions as well as the home of the Royal Spanish Golf Federation. The practise facilities are impressive with a complment of PGA teaching professionals. There is a superb clubhouse, pro shop and boutique.
