This newly built villa is set in immaculate maintained grounds and has contemporary, quality furnishings. It comprises 2 double bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and living area with large corner sofa with double pull-out sofa bed. A wood burning stove is installed, for cosy nights in the winter months. The front terrace is private and furnished for dining and sunbathing. A bespoke hot/cold hydrotherapy tub which seats four/five people comfortably is situated overlooking the sea. The back garden has an eating area and large barbeque. There is a washing machine housed in an outdoor cupboard. The villa is equipped to the highest standard. Linen, bath and beach towels are supplied. It also has a cool box, picnic bags; beach umbrella/children’s beach toys/guide books/reading books and DVD library, with recently released films. TV/DVD player in lounge with Sky TV connection. TV in main bedroom. The villa is air-conditioned and heated.

Baia Azzura is situated above a tranquil bay, with a lovely beach 10 mins walk from the villa. The clear, shallow water is very suitable for small children. A beach bar is open at peak months. The south east coast is the most immediate for a range of spectacular beaches. The villa is 30 mins drive from the airport at Cagliari. Cagliari is the capital of Sardinia and hosts a range of spectacular architecture, historical sites, opera house, restaurants and quality shopping options. This is approximately 20 mins drive from the villa; parking is accessible and close to the centre. Quartu St Elena is the region in which the villa is situated and within 10 mins drive there are a number of shops, café’s and bars, many situated on the beach front. There are some quality golf courses nearby. Cagliari's football team remains in Serie A. The stadium is the 39,905 Stadio Sant Elia. Games are normally on Sundays and tickets are available at the ground on match day.

Requests for additional wood need to be made from the villa manager. The villa is no smoking inside. The air conditioning unit can also be used as a heater in cooler months. The new hot/cold cedar tub is built on the front terrace giving views of the sea and privacy. The tub can be used all year round and can be heated up to 40 deg. Hydrotherapy jets and blowers are installed.

Car hire is recommended. There is a popular water park nearby and horse riding stables. Sardinia has many interesting and fun festivals throughout the year and in different area's of the Island.
