Located on fashionable Rue Florian, this one-bed apartment has just recently been fully refurbished. It has been decorated and finished to the highest standards, in a contemporary theme. It is on the second floor of a traditional Cannoise building, with no lift. The apartment has a spacious living area, with high ceilings and long French windows, letting in plenty of light. There is a 'juliette' type balcony, which takes a small table and 2 chairs. Perfect for sitting out, enjoying a glass of wine and watching the world go by. There is a separate kitchen with a dining table and 4 chairs. The bedroom is a generous size with 2 twin beds, which can be zipped together to make a king, on request. The leather sofa converts into a comfortable double sofa bed. There is a newly tiled shower-room and separate toilet. Rue Florian is a small pedestrian street, tucked just off Cannes' most sought-after street, Rue Comt Andre, with La Croisette and the Palais just 3 mins walk away!

This apartment is ideal if you are on business in Cannes, attending one of the many conferences. It is also perfect for the holiday visitor, where it is ideally located to take advantage of the shopping, fine dining, cafes and beaches. If you wish, you can head off for the day to St Paul de Vence, Mougins, Grasse, Monte Carlo or St Tropez and be back in time for dinner!   • The above rates are FULLY INCLUSIVE covering the provision of linen and towels for up to 4 people, wifi internet access and final cleaning on departure. NOTE: Additionally we require a Breakages Deposit of €350 for each booking. This can be taken as a debit to a credit card 3 weeks prior to arrival. The transaction is then reversed after departure, once the apartment is left in an orderly and undamaged condition and the keys are returned safely and on time.
    Payment is accepted only in Euros.
  • Cheaper rates can be negotiated for longer stays in low season.
