Larger than average air conditioned, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Penthouse benefiting from magnificent sea views from the front balcony which is accessed from the family dinning room that comfortably accommodates 8 people. An ideal rental for families or friends requiring their own privacy. There are 2 lounge areas one including TV, DVD player & Sat TV for your enjoyment has an arch server area / bar through to the kitchen which includes hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher & fridge freezer that is fully equipped with all crockery and all the utensils you could wish for during your stay. The property is situated in the excellent but quiet Tomb of the Kings area, only a 400 meters from the sea, and boasts its own large communal pool set in beautifully kept gardens which are situated conveniently opposite the Venus 5 star hotel & bus stop and its only a 5 min walk to nice bars and restaurants which will give you the warm Cypriot welcome the island is famous for.

Kings Gardens, Paphos

The apartment is very nice and all that I expected.
3 nice bedrooms with a shared bathroom for the twin rooms.
A very comfortable open plan, walk through, living area.
Good kitchen facilities and plenty of crockerys, cutlery etc.
Very large balcony with table and chairs.
Quite handy for bars and restaurants on the "Tomb of the Kings" road, and a nice bar, excellent cocktails at the "rocking horse".
The only problem that we had was the barrier entrance to the parking area, no key, and the barrier was frequently down and padlocked at around 5pm.
I would have no hesitation is using this apartment again and in fact I have recommended it to my son.
