New apartment in the southern outskirts of Bodrum (near the Cruise Pier). Two balconies in front (table & chairs for 4 in the larger, 2 chairs + mini table in the smaller, both with sea view. The rear terrace has a 15 sq meter garden (palm & citrus trees + other plants). There are two sitting groups here, one for 4 people and one for 2 people. The rear terrace has also sea view. The apartment has electric/gas stove, fridge, freezer, dish washer, a wide variety of cooking and dining utensils (for 6+), washing machine, LCD TV connected to DVD player, Stationary PC with Logitech webcam and music system. Internet access via USB stick can be bought locally. The path down to the sea front is about 300m, and then there is a short walk along the beautiful sea/beach promenade to the city centre (bar street, castle). It is somewhat shorter along Ataturk Cad. Minibuses (dolmus) every 10 min (TL2.20). Weekly rent from €190 to €310. Monthly rent from €650 to €980 (+El-charge

Bodrum holiday flat apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 front balconies and a rear terrace with a 15 sq meter garden. All with sea view. About 300 m down to the nearest beach and a nice beach promenade which leads to 'bar street', the shopping area, St. Peters Castle and the marina/yacht harbour. The rooms and towers of St. Peter's Castle house Bodrum Museum of Underwater Archeology, which exhibits several collections of ancient artifacts including relics retrieved from local shipwrecks. One of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, King Mausolos Mausoleum, lies just a short walk from the castle. A short walk from the Mausoleum lies Myndus gate. This gate was one of two entrances into the ancient, walled city of Halicarnassus. A slightly longer walk further west (or take Minibus/Dolmus) is Bodrum Amphitheater. Built sometime during the Hellenistic age, the structure is situated on a hillside overlooking the city and was used primarily as a stage for theatrical productions

A splendid apartment with all mod cons as described and in pristine condition.

Wonderful views.

Excellent communication with the owner.

No complaints whatsoever although some sunbeds/loungers would have got the apartment a rating of 100% as opposed to our 99% rating.

Would definitely recommend.
Owner's Response: I'm glad to hear that the Scottish visitors enjoyed their stay at the apartment, and they are of course welcome back next year! I have now installed sunbeds to be used on the back garden area/terrace or the front balcony. In addition there are now 8 outdoor chairs and 3 tables. Also I have improved the shading of the back garden area as the sun can be quite hot, especially during midsummer time. As the palm trees and the other plants grow bigger, they will also give some shade, in addition to making the place more pleasant - and perhaps a little more "exotic".
