A truly unique and very beautifully finished 3 bedroom apartment in a prime location - Swieqi, St. Julians. This property boasts a spacious layout with a lovely private garden with a barbecue and al fresco dining area. A 10 feet diameter by 3 feet deep splash pool is also found in the garden together with 2 sun loungers. Young children will enjoy the swing on the patio. All the bedrooms are air conditioned. On the front of the apartment there is a large balcony with a small table and 2 chairs. Two internal yards give this lovely property a bright and airy feel. Ideal for families with children for a relaxing break or fun filled holiday. 5 minutes walk from sandy beach, cinemas, shopping centre, entertainment areas. Public transport is available 5 minutes walk away from apartment with routes covering most of the island. Luxury at an affordable price!!!

Swieqi is a modern yet quiet village located close to the buzzing nightlife of Paceville. Just 5 minutes walk down the road takes you to a cinema complex showing all the latest movies, 10 pin bowling alley with 20 lanes and games room. Two casinos are less than 15 minutes walk away and offer both slot machines and live gaming tables. A shopping complex, bars, cafes, pubs and restaurants are situated a short walk from the apartment. Sliema, the most cosmopolitan town is just a 10 minute bus ride from Swieqi and Valletta, the capital, 20 minutes away. In the summer months every weekend one or more festas are held celebrating the patron saint of the village. Fireworks are let off every evening lighting up the night sky. A 10 minute drive takes you to a nice water park which is lovely both for adults and children.

we were five adults, having a wonderful time in this new renovated and very clean apartment.
first of all we got everything, we have been promised. the apartment is very spacious, the kitchen well equipped and stylish. it has two modern bathrooms, one of them very large, two nice bedrooms and a smaller third one. the living area is very comfortable, the garden in the back is lovely, the terrace to the street sunny and friendly.
the location was ideal for us, because it is very quiet and nevertheless near to the center of paceville.
last but not least a special thankyou to the extrem friendly and helpful owners caroline and reuben.

This apartment was perfect for us. We were five people. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars. Bus stop within 2 min.
Apartment luxurious with jacuzzi, very nice private garden. Free parking outside the house. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

Apartment exceeded the description and internet photos, was more spacious than we had expected. Attention to detail of equipment and cleanliness was first rate. Kids loved the splash pool (as did my husband Paul!) Barbeque an added bonus. As descibed, apartment was brief walk from superb local entertainment and beach, yet was not too close to hustle of night life. Caroline and Reuben were both very friendly, helpful and warm hearted. They have provided a true home from home for any holiday maker. We travelled all over Malta and Gozo, and would recommend Mdina, Valletta, Sliema, Mosta Dome. Also a pleasant ferry service to the delightful Gozo (Ramla Bay a must!). Weather amazing, people warm and friendly, numerous places to dine, and must be one of the safest places to holiday, especially for teenagers. A little slice of heaven on earth! Raving about Diamond apartments to friends and family. Definitely first class. Thank you both fo providingr a fantastic holiday home.
