The apartment (self-catering) is situated in El Cotillo 20 minutes from Corralejo ( a water park and plenty of night life) and 1 minute from the sea. The beaches are popular with surfers of all kinds. Nearby there are safe naturally made lagoons especially good for families with young children. There are many restaurants, a new large supermarket at the entrance to the village and a few small supermarkets, a delightful French bakery, an INTERNET and phone shop, souvenir & Bike and Surf shops, banks, a post office, a pharmacy in this old fishing village. They are just around the corner. Views from the roof terrace are spectacular especially the sunsets. Breakfast on the patio with the sun. Sun, Sea and surf all you require for a perfect holiday. The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting room (with double sofa bed) and kitchen combined, patio and communal roof terrace. Linen, towels and weekly cleaning are included. Information and maps are provided.

El Cotillo is a fishing village with plenty of amenities and restaurants including great surfing beaches and safe lagoons for children and older adults. On the lagoon beach there is a pleasant bar/restaurant that can cater for all your needs. Sun, Sea and surf with refreshments is all you need for a perfect holiday. Climb the tower near the apartment used previously to notify the village of possible pirate raids. Inside the tower there often are exhibitions by a local artists and artisans. Walk along the cliff tops to Tindaya with the magic mountain or along the sea walk to Corralejo and climb a volcano. Go south to the amazing Zoo and botanical gardens in La Lajita. On your way visit the picturesque village of Pajara and the old capital of Betancuria nestling in the mountains. Both towns have lovely ancient churches. Not least look out for the amazing birds that inhabit the Island and the chipmunks that are so friendly they will eat out of your hand.

The kitchen area is fully equipped as stated and also includes toaster, coffee machine and a plentiful supply of crockery, cutlery and pans. This is a ground floor apartment having its own entrance and there are only two steps up from the street to the apartment so it may be accessible for wheel chairs. The roof terrace is two flights up from the main door leading to second floor apartments, it would not be accessible for wheel chairs. The ground floor terrace has a table, 4 chairs and and a bench The apartment is suitable for a maximum of four adults and two children.
