    Confirmed bookings :
    The booking is confirmed on receipt of 30 % of price by cheque or transfer. Remainder on receipt of keys.
    Breakages deposits :
    €500 cash for house keys, returned on departure.
    €500 cash for car keys, returned on departure.
    €1,500 cheque on arrival, returned on departure.
  • Cleaning before arrival and on departure is included. Extra cleaning and vacuuming on request at €15 per hour, minimum 2 hours.
    Complete house cleaning = 6 hours by 2 persons x €15 = €180.
    Maintenance of pool and garden (no noise) by proprietor on Wednesday mornings from 6 am.
    Catering hire on request for meals, parties etc. Please indicate in addition to booking.
