Perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants, 5 minutes drive to Cabo Roig and Campoamor beaches and Campoamor and Las Ramblas golf courses. Villamartin golf course is about 10 minutes drive. The property has a bright living/dining room, kitchen, downstairs WC and shower, 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, main bedroom and twin bedroom both with fitted wardrobes, balcony off of main bedroom for that early morning cuppa, bathroom and roof solarium with furniture. The property has a large front garden which has been laid to stones, even in the winter the garden gets some sunshine. The living area has 2 sofas, coffee table, English satellite TV, DVD player and air conditioning. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, stainless steel sink & crockery. There is a communal swimming pool with grass area and marble benches for sunbathing. The pool has a shallow area for young children

Located in a really superb position on a new development with the communal pool close by. Local facilities including supermarkets bars and restaurants are a short distance away. English, Chinese, Indian, Spanish and Persian restaurants within 5 mins walk. There are 3 golf courses on the doorstep including the superb courses of Las Ramblas which is one of the most challenging in the area, Villamartin and Campoamor with its beautiful clubhouse and stunning views. A short drive away is the vibrant nightlife and an abundance of bars and restaurants in Cabo Roig. Within a 5 minute drive there are numerous blue flag awarded beaches. The coastal town of Torrevieja, is only a 15 minutes drive away and this is an old fishing town but has grown significantly and now boasts the Aquapark, street markets and numerous supermarkets. The area boasts over 320 days of sun a year and an average temperature of over 18°C. There are activities for all the family all around the area.

testimonial three: We really enjoyed the villa, the standard of furnishings is lovely and the kitchen was well equipped. We do like to eat in now and again taking long leisurely lunches and some properties are not so well equipped as yours. We ate in the Spanish restaurant a couple of times and down on the main road by the pyramid roundabout at the Wok buffet, very good value. We visited La Finca at Eduardo,s a beautiful place to spend the day. The weather was fantastic and we will probably holiday on this coast again. Many thanks for letting us use your villa, I will certainly recommend to my friends. June 2008

We visited this lovely villa in May 2009. We had a very relaxing time and the owner Karen could not have been more helpful and efficient from initial enquiry right through to our return home. The location of the villa is excellent for exploring the area and we especially enjoyed wandering for miles around the salt lakes. The villa itself is spotless and very well equipped and comforatble. We really felt it was home from home. You can sit long into the evening enjoying the sunshine on the front terrace and because the villa is not overlooked it is very private. There are a number of excellent supermarkets close by if you want to eat in and equally there is a choice of reasonably priced restaurants for an evening out.
We would very much like to return for another visit as soon as we can and we also have no hesitation in recommending this villa to our friends and anyone else considering a holiday in the area.
