Luxury Villa situated in a quiet romantic spot surrounded by beautiful countryside. Ideal for bird watching and close to Turtle Beach. 5 minutes drive to quiet town of Dalyan which has historic tombs and river. Villa has 3 large ensuite bedrooms with wet rooms. The large master bedroom has a large balcony overlooking 360 degree panoramic views of the mountains and unspoilt countryside. This villa is ideal for getting away from it all and relaxing by the pool, it has sun beds and a Kiosk to relax in when the sun gets too hot. Mountain bicycles are provided. The Planation Villa is 20 minutes drive from Dalaman airport. Attractions are boat trips to mud baths,and private beaches where the boatman will cook you a barbeque on the beach.The 12 island day tour is a great day out. Canous Tombs, white river rafting, Safari trip, bird watching, walking and only 5 minutes drive to the beach where you can see the turtles. Ideal for families and those that either like to be active or just relax

The Planation Villa is 20 minutes drive from Dalaman airport situated in a quant town called Daylan. It is famous for its rock tombs and Canous. Turtle beach is only a 5 minute drive away where you can find 7 km of wonderful sandy beach. Market day is on Saturday when you can purchase, spices, jewellery and leather goods. The local's are wonderfully friendly and will welcome you to their pretty town. You can take a boat trip to the mud baths and go bird watching in the reeds. Hire a boat for the day a visit the private beaches where the boatman will make you bar-b-cue on the beach. Also the 12 island day tour is worth a visit, where you can dive in the wonderful blue waters of the med. White river rafting and jeep safari are all available to those that feel like an adventure, or you can just sit by the pool with a glass of wine and relax.

Fantastic Villa, peace and quiet assured yet within 30 mins stroll of Dalyan centre with numerous bars and restaurants. Views of Mountains 360 degrees, stunning! Perfect location, you will not be disappointed in any way. Owners answered all questions honestly and were most helpful. Golbasi Restaurant, 1.5 mile away, excellent for good Turkish food. Iztuzu Beach, reached by push-bikes provided, within 45 minutes. Dolmus every 30 minutes at end of road into Dalyan or Beach. This place is perfect!

Beautiful villa situated just outside the town centre and has a feeling of total relaxation. The pool is fantastic and a good size. Views of the mountains and landscape are a real bonus. A very modern and new build inside and out, yet a real homely feel to the place. Very spacious and bright with a lovely open balcony to take in the breathtaking views. Thoroughly recommend!

This is a beautiful, well-maintained villa, where your every need has been anticipated. We enjoyed all the comforts of home in glorious sunshine. I particularly enjoyed the natural surroundings; the swifts dipping into the pool for a drink at dawn and dipping into the pool myself at regular intervals during the day. There are many places of interest to explore in the area. A lovely holiday!
